I have to admit that I wasn't expecting great service as I haven't had it in the past but I was very pleasantly surprised. The person that served me went through all my options, gave me a full demo of the phone I was interested in and reassured me that I was making the right decision based on what I mainly use my phone for. They also called O2 to find out the answers to a couple of questions I had about data use. The person that served me went through everything that I was signing, explained the full cancellation terms and gave me O2 contact details that I'd been trying to get for some time. I was very impressed with the service I got, maybe CPW have finally got their act together!
