I was in constant pain and it was affecting the quality of my life. Within 3-4 months of regular adjustments, I noticed a significant improvement in my posture and comfort levels. It's been four years and my husband and I still go in for regular adjustments and "maintenance". Over the years, Dr. Rick has seen us through a number of sports-related injuries and has accommodated our requests for last-minute appointments and visits. He has squeezed us into his schedule on numerous occasions, even on Saturday mornings. Oftentimes he has followed up his care with texts to make sure all is well and we're feeling better. His office is a clean, professional and welcoming environment; I appreciate the always-cheerful and friendly faces behind the counter, and the fact that they run on-time and there is never a wait. The therapist took me to a modest room with no equipment, I received a very brief exam, He touched my back twice very lightly. he did not actually even look at my back under my shirt. Had me do two press ups on the table and sent me home. No massage, no TENS, no ultrasound, no ice, not even a back care handout. NOTHING! The only physio equipment I saw in the main room was a stationary bike. No bands, no weights, no balls, no stairs, no low tables to do therapy on, just a bike. So, if you've never had PT before you won't know what you're missing here. They we're nice, but that is not actual physical therapy. I deeply resented having to pay for nothing.

I would highly recommend this physical therapy practice to anyone. I didn't have to do any insurance paperwork they took care of everything, and they are less than 15 minutes from my house. When I arrive I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes and very often they are ready to get started when I arrive. For your aches and pains try these guys out.

You encouraged and saw me thru some trying times of learning to get motion and function in my right hand . I had an unusual ulna injury which took months of therapy and one surgery . An xray at urgent care confirmed…read moretibia fracture and Northshore Orthopedics was able to get me in for an appointment the same day. Dr Soma did what he could until I go back home to get more imaging and see an orthopedist. He drained the fluid around my very swollen knee, virtually painlessly, and put me in a hinged brace. I did not feel rushed during the appointment either. Jamie at the front desk was super nice and helpful too. Thank you Dr Soma and Jaime for taking care of me!
