The Omelette Cafe opened in Warrenton, VA 15 days ago. It occupies the space that I believe was formerly a Moe's Southwest Grill. I stopped in for breakfast on a Friday morning. The place was close to being full. I was seated at a four top table. After looking over the menu, I ordered the Burrito Express - which comes with a side of breakfast potatoes. I opted for sausage and cheddar in the burrito. And I also ordered a side of bacon, coffee, and water. It took about 20 minutes for my order to come out. The burrito was tasty - I added Cholulu hot sauce to bites of the burrito - and a bit of salt and pepper to the potatoes - which were hot and a had a lightly crisp exterior (I asked them to crisp up the potatoes - I have no frame of reference for how they would have been if I had said nothing). However, the side of bacon was missing - and it took me about 5 minutes to flag down someone to advise I was missing the bacon. The bacon was crisp and tasty as well. Coffee was average. The tables and chairs seem pretty nice - they appear to be solid wood - and the backs of the chairs have "The Omelette Cafe" carved/routed into the backs of the chairs. Paid at the register with Apple Pay. After paying my bill, I noticed the bill was missing the bacon. I pointed this out and they told me to not to worry about it. It appears the servers also can process your payment at the tables with the handheld units they use to take your order. I'd come here again. #TheOmeletteCafe

We finally got the chance to come in for a little brunch! I'm highly impressed with the food at this place! I had the Nova Eggs Benedict and my husband had the chorizo omelette. The eggs Benedict were cooked perfectly! The sauce was delicious! The home fries had the perfect amount of crispiness! They were super busy when we went, but the server was still really attentive. All in all, a great experience.

We were looking for comfort food. Decided to try and was not disappointed!! They have a clean dining area with courteous service. We were surprised at how expansive the menu was-if your family can't decide on which food u can get it all here. They even serve specialty coffees and alcoholic drinks. We will be back seems like a small business with few staff but lots of promise.

I tried to pay my tab multiple times but eventually I had to interrupt his discussion with the other patron to ask for my tab then he acted surprised! I don't know what to think of this place, they want to compete within Warrenton but they run a 3rd rate operation! The bar was dirty the back bar was in disarray, they didn't have club soda, the bartender made a lemon martini but added olive juice and garnished with a lemon twist. The last time I visited the bartender was rude and the food was terrible. I don't see this place lasting another year, I don't understand how it is sustainable with the high prices and low quality food and drink. I know someone that worked there briefly (10+ years food & beverage experience), they confirmed it's run by people that don't know what they are doing and they don't want to listen to critical feedback from the employees or the customers. Don't waste your time or money go to Denim & Pearls or Mollys for a cocktail or food, this place sucks.

Their rooms are spread out in different buildings, I think I stayed at the Lodge. The rooms were clean, decent sized with standard amenities like a coffee machine. There are flashlight lanterns for walking at night as well as bikes you can use to get around the grounds. Wifi on the grounds was pretty good. I reserved the 12 PM Sunday Easter Lunch this year for my family of nine for $890.40, including seven adults and two elementary school children or a total of nine. It was raining quite heavily during our drive down. Luckily when we arrived a little before noon the rain had changed to a light drizzle. Needless to say the weather was not good on Easter Sunday. We parked our vehicle. The atrium was a short walk from the parking lot. When we checked into the atrium entrance we were immediately directed to our table for nine. Luckily they had some coat racks so we could hang our rain gear. The bar was set up outside the pavilion. Six fluted champagne drinks paired with peach, pear and pomegranate were available for $12 each. I enjoyed my two glasses of Roget champagne for $12 each. Complimentary canned carbonated drinks were provided to our two elementary school children. The prime rib was decent, but the lollipop lamb chops were too tough. My other family members also complained about the tough lollipop lamb chops. I only ate one. I enjoyed the snow crab claws the most. My cupcake and small mousse were acceptable. We departed before the next 2 PM lunch reservations arrived. The restrooms are located outside of the atrium up a staircase, which was not convenient. Overall our family of nine and I did not think that this Easter Day lunch was not worth $100 per person excluding alcohol. We will not return here for either Easter or Mother's Day brunch/lunch in the future. Also because of the poor rainy weather an egg hunt was not included. I found another yelper Brandon, who attended the same lunch as my family. Brandon immediately posted a 1 star negative yelp review. Please read it for another customer's perspective of the same event. I found that reviews ranged from 1 to 5 stars so this place is not consistent in ratings. The variation in ratings seems to be due to whether you attended only a conference/housing event or other non-housing event such as Easter Brunch/Lunch. You can judge for yourself by reading all reviews and deciding if you want to visit here for an event. Don't get me wrong, but the natural grounds and pond here are quite nice. That is worth your visit. My review is mainly regarding the Sunday Easter Lunch.
