There was a Post Office in Greenisland for as long as I can remember. Over the last number of years, Post Offices have been closing their doors left, right, and centre, and sadly, this was one of them.
This is of course, where they got the name from! :) This is a beautiful little cafe/tearoom/gift shop, and it makes the perfect addition to the little row of shops in Glassillan Court, and was just what the area needed.
The interior is beautifully decorated, with full length windows, allowing loads of natural light to come in. Th shop itself is a treasure trove of wonderful gifts and accessories, such as pictures, bath bombs, jewellery, scarves and many more ,all beautifully presented.
The food served here is beautiful ,you get get a massive slab of lasagne with salad and coleslaw for only £4.00, which is absolutely beautiful. They also offer toasties, sandwiches and paninis with a huge variety of fillings, french toast, fries, shepherds pie, and some of the most beautiful cakes and cupcakes ever.
