The kids LOVED it! And it was great for the adults because the kids never left the bubble stations. There were so many different wands and ways to make bubbles. The lady who came did such a nice job. She was very friendly and so sweet to the kids. Any time someone had trouble, she would patiently show them how to make the bubbles. As the activity went on, she introduced other bubble making tools like a rope. Each new item captivated the kids. In particular, a few of the kids were timid at first. I thought the lady was very kind and encouraging. All of the kids warmed up to her and took part with the bubbles. I was happy to see some adults getting in on the fun as well. And even some parents teaming up with the kids to try to make the biggest bubble possible. It was a ton of fun all around. At the end, everything was cleaned up and taken away. Nat reached out ahead of time to confirm timing, location, and all the details, which made everything feel easy and well organized. During the party, Nat did an amazing job showing the kids how everything worked, demonstrating some seriously impressive bubble skills, and most importantly were incredibly thoughtful about how to engage with each child. Some kids wanted hands-on support, others preferred to jump right in on their own, and Nat handled that balance perfectly. Nat also did a great job keeping the space tidy and ready for the next kid, which made the whole experience feel calm and well run. We received so many compliments from other parents. My 67-year-old dad said it was the best birthday party he's ever been to. Honestly, I don't know how we could have another party at a local park without Bubblemania. Truly incredible and worth every bit.

    I could not have had a successful event this past year without the incredible ROCKDIMENSION team…read more I was drawn to them from the first time I stumbled onto the website, and my gut feeling was confirmed from my very first phone call with Jenny. She understood my vision, helped me talk through various pieces of it, and explained a clear process of what would be possible moving forward. It immediately took my concerns away about hiring an event planning team and made it all feel so exciting! I've never felt so aligned with someone on a project before - it was fun to create with Jenny & team every step of the way! On our first call, she said: "You don't hire an event planner so that nothing goes wrong. We know that there will be unexpected things along the way. But you have a team in place so that you are always taken care of and there's nothing to fear when that happens." It's wild to think about how true those words turned out to be. When my original venue which I had been excited about for 5 months cancelled on us with 12 days remaining before the event, I had no idea what to do. It was a heartbreaking and terrifying situation out of all of our control, and had I not had ROCKDIMENSION's help, I probably would have just cancelled altogether. In fact, a massive influencer company in LA who experienced the same problem from that venue alongside of us did cancel and decide not to put on their event. But Jenny was adamant that it would still be possible to pull it off from the second we got that news, and her belief in me and vision made all the difference. I found myself standing at the center of my dream come true. So much was different from the original plan and yet the event was absolutely perfect! And the problem solving producer was a miracle worker on site with any issues that needed solving. Everyone was blown away at the event we created - and they had no idea of the last minute changes until I told them. That is how professional ROCKDIMENSION ensured that everything stayed the entire time! I felt so supported and cheered on every step of the way, and it was truly an honor to share this success with a team that was there for the vision from the very start. We could not have pulled off our perfect, gorgeous wedding without her!! Kimery knows everything there is to know about any facet of weddings. And she has great instincts and amazing suggestions that always made things better, and that were always in service of our vision and the feeling and style we were going for specifically. She always heard us and advocated for us and was in our corner at every step. She was also able to guide us in choosing vendors and vendor packages, and in connecting us with anyone we needed (or wanted), even as new ideas came up! And we had the most amazing folks working on our wedding, literally not a complaint about anyone or anything! She went above and beyond in every way, most significantly when we lot our venue two months before our wedding date. It was a scramble to find a new venue that could do the same date, which Kimery was indispensable in. And then after that we had to re-jigger our plans to the new venue, which at times was overwhelming, but Kimery always talked us through those moments and made it manageable for us. Alex and I could not recommend Kimery more fully. She will make your wedding better, the planning more manageable, and the day-of execution go as smoothly as possible. She really is that good!

I was a DIY bride and…read morecoordinated so much of the wedding myself before I was even introduced to the idea of a "Day of Coordinator" or Mandy. It was my DJ (Dustin at West Coast Flawless DJs) that recommended her, and I'm so glad he did! From the moment I met her, I knew that she would be critical at my wedding. She also met with my fiance and me closer to the day to discuss all the details (also being a DIY bride, I had a million ideas and decoration plans since I also didn't hire a florist and made all the centerpieces). My wedding was a little ummm unique... in that I actually had two wedding receptions on the same day (a lunch for family and a dinner for friends) so I really needed help with timing and coordination for the day. Mandy came to the rescue and went from reception to reception setting up and getting the timing down. We had some issues at my lunch venue with delays in the food prep so it was great to have Mandy following up with the restaurant (and she didn't even get a lunch since they were so behind that she had to leave to set up for dinner). All the decorations at both receptions were perfect! She executed my style and plans better than I could have done myself! Please don't hesitate to hire Mandy as a coordinator! I really don't know what I would have done without her. Even my dad asked me the next day "What's the name of your best friend that was so nice and helping out with everything?"... he really did think she was one of my MBA friends because we interacted so well together!

For example she has thrown parties at the Brentwood Oak Ranch, a gorgeous property, but also an unlicensed venue that could get shut down by the cops at any moment. The neighbors of the ranch are up in arms over the weddings because it creates a massive fire hazard in a neighborhood that was just feet from being burnt to a crisp during the January 7th fires. The neighbors have an ongoing investigation with the city attorney and spme of the more ornery ones are talking about protesting at the event space. All of this begs the question Aliana - why are you willing to destroy your reputation by taking the few extra bucks the owners of the ranch kick back? How could you ever let a couple even consider throwing a wedding at the Brentwood oak ranch knowing the wedding could be interupted by LAPD or LAFD and the most important day of a young couples life ruined! And to the fathers of the bride out there - you bust your balls to give your daughter the greatest wedding imaginable and on her wedding day...protestors holding signs saying you could cause a massive fire that kills women and children! If Aliana is throwing events at the ranch run away!

Booking the event was extremely easy, I read other reviews about the planners not reaching out prior to the event, but the truth is that you don't really need to hear from them. All of the plans are in writing when you sign the agreement, the location and time are set prior to the date (also in writing). The day the event, the crew reached out and let me know they were setting up along with texting me a location pin. The Picnic Collective went above and beyond with the details. The flowers were beautiful, the grazing boards were delicious, everything was absolutely beautiful! I purchased the sandwiches for each guest and they were yummy. The only extra things I brought myself were a cake and alcohol. (mini champagne bottles and seltzers along with a trash bag to keep the alcohol bottles out of sight :) They provide pretty glass looking cups and it made us feel extra fancy. The blue tooth speaker was a nice touch to set the mood with music. Overall 10/10 I would hire them again for another special occasion. I was so happy with everything. If your picnic is at the beach like most are, I recommend arriving 30min early, plan ahead because parking is a mother. For reference I worked with Kristen and she was really fast at replying via text.

Everything was done online via email, but I would have loved to actually speak or text with a live representative during that time and after they asked for the final payment before the actual day. They also asked for a tip prior to the day, but we opted to tip on the day because again, I had already paid for the entire experience before the experience. Thanking God it all worked out!
