There were quite a few people waiting both to order and to receive their food, and I noticed one employee handling a phone while wearing gloves, which wasn't ideal. That said, I'm guessing they're still newer and working through the growing pains because the smoothie itself was REALLY good. I ordered the #9 protein smoothie with kale, pineapple, orange juice, and a few other ingredients, and it was fresh, flavorful, and filling. Overall, I gave it 4 stars because the quality of the smoothie was excellent, but the service/organization still needs some fine-tuning. I'd definitely stop again though -- especially to try one of their chia bowls because they looked delicious.
