I have to say I felt that they were only friendly and helpful upon my first visit to get my…read moresupplies and cpap machine, so basically just for my money. After that, it was just negative and never improved. First, I was told my insurance paid 100% of my cpap machine, and after 6 months started getting a rental fee. I asked about that and they said that was normal, even though I was told I had no rental fee when I first when there. Second, I needed my machine to be adjusted for the settings. They scheduled a day and time, so I took my machine there. Well, 5 minutes of me getting there and waiting in the parking lot, I got a call that the technician wasn't even on the premises, and I had to reschedule the appointment. It wouldn't have been so bad EXCEPT the technician NEVER came out to apologize or acknowledge that I had wasted time and gas to go there to get my machine adjusted. It was adjusted in a back room the next day and no interactions with anyone but the front desk. They have just become ruder and ruder and are NOT customer friendly. I strongly suggest RUNNING the other way very fast and finding a MUCH better DME company, maybe mid south medical.

I've been in there multiple times and I've met Becki, Sarah, Lynzee & Harper. I have never bought scrubs and didn't know where to begin because it was overwhelming with all different styles. Beckie went above and beyond, after I told her what I was looking for in bottoms. She and Sarah knew their products and I would have to say the many styles they gave me, was perfect. The materials were very comfortable. 2nd day going back in, I thought, man, Becki and Sarah won't be there and these other girls may not be as friendly/knowledgable. I was wrong. Those girls were just as good/knowledgable. So kudos to the team there! It is hard to find good workers as well as someone looking like they love their job to help out with customers.
