I have to say I felt that they were only friendly and helpful upon my first visit to get my supplies and cpap machine, so basically just for my money. After that, it was just negative and never improved. First, I was told my insurance paid 100% of my cpap machine, and after 6 months started getting a rental fee. I asked about that and they said that was normal, even though I was told I had no rental fee when I first when there. Second, I needed my machine to be adjusted for the settings. They scheduled a day and time, so I took my machine there. Well, 5 minutes of me getting there and waiting in the parking lot, I got a call that the technician wasn't even on the premises, and I had to reschedule the appointment. It wouldn't have been so bad EXCEPT the technician NEVER came out to apologize or acknowledge that I had wasted time and gas to go there to get my machine adjusted. It was adjusted in a back room the next day and no interactions with anyone but the front desk. They have just become ruder and ruder and are NOT customer friendly. I strongly suggest RUNNING the other way very fast and finding a MUCH better DME company, maybe mid south medical. read more
