I called them and left a message to call me back, nothing. Two days later I called again and left same message in the morning. Later that afternoon no one called. So I called them back and talked to the operator there she said she would help me and asked me to hold for a moment. My phone went to the same person that's never able to answer. Wanted me to leave a message. My insurance has already paid maybe and if I don't claim it they can keep it or resell it read more

talked to two people about getting a monogram on my scrubs from an outside source. First lady I…read morespoke to was extremely brusk and short with me because I had not purchased the scrubs from this shop. I stated multiple times that it was alright that I would have to wait for her other customers to get monogrammed first. Second lady was very irritated and continued to repeat that I would have to wait after I had made it clear that it was alright. I have decided to take my business elsewhere--There was no need to make such a big deal.

They remembered who I was after only having went a couple of times. I'd go to Walgreen's dozens of times, and they always had that blank, clueless look on their faces. Don't even get me started on the Walgreen's in Monroe. The woman behind the counter completely ignored me, so she could bitch about a previous customer to her coworker. Extremely unprofessional. When she FINALLY acknowledged my existence, I told her never mind. I'll find another pharmacy and have my prescriptions transferred there. I'll never give Walgreen's another dime of my money. Legend's is the only pharmacy for me.

After that, it was just negative and never improved. First, I was told my insurance paid 100% of my cpap machine, and after 6 months started getting a rental fee. I asked about that and they said that was normal, even though I was told I had no rental fee when I first when there. Second, I needed my machine to be adjusted for the settings. They scheduled a day and time, so I took my machine there. Well, 5 minutes of me getting there and waiting in the parking lot, I got a call that the technician wasn't even on the premises, and I had to reschedule the appointment. It wouldn't have been so bad EXCEPT the technician NEVER came out to apologize or acknowledge that I had wasted time and gas to go there to get my machine adjusted. It was adjusted in a back room the next day and no interactions with anyone but the front desk. They have just become ruder and ruder and are NOT customer friendly. I strongly suggest RUNNING the other way very fast and finding a MUCH better DME company, maybe mid south medical.

This place has little to no curb appeal and is an easy to miss gem. Once you walk in it's like a club. The atmosphere in this place is great. Nice music, not too loud or outlandish, but it definitely makes a statement during the lull of conversation. It might seem daunting at first especially if you're new to the vaping community, but these guys are no monsters. Within 30 seconds I can guarantee you'll be greeted with a friendly face and a knowledgeable staff member. The owner is normally there and he is extremely approachable. He has always helped me out when I was in a bind. This guy will sling you juices to try until you are completely sure about what you like and what you want to purchase. He is notorious for cutting people deals on products. Of course it's normally cheaper to buy things online, but I would gladly pay the little extra for the service they provide. I have made many new friends at this establishment and I feel it doesn't get the credit it deserves. I will be coming to this place for weeks, months, and years to come.
