Before my doctor's appt., V 4 L called to tell me that I needed to bring my glasses back in to have the lenes corrected. I reminded them that they still had my glasses and we were waiting to have my vision rechecked. The next week they called and said my glasses are ready. Well, heck. Chat wasn't any better the bot and live agents all kept demanding an appointment or finally suggested I go to the store in person. Got my issue resolved in about one minute this morning elsewhere. Best Buy has really gotten terrible. If I could rate less than one star I would, and I used to buy a lot of stuff from them.
