It's more of a sewing machine dealer versus a sewing /fabric shop. You can't go in without trying to get talked into buying at 7-10k sewing / embroidery machine. They do have some patterns and projects but they are definitely focused on an older clientele. Table runners and quilted wall hangings make up a lot of the kits they have, I'm 27 and personally would not put something like that in my home. The selection of fabric was lack luster many similar prints that are dated or just plain. They did have a few cute ones. I want to like and use this store so badly I'm sure I could learn so much from the people there. There is just nothing there for younger beginners with basic machines. They have lessons on their machines in the hopes you will buy one. It's just not helpful to the next generation trying to start out.

However, we walked in two hours before closing and browsed through the items. We were not greeted, instead a worker from the back came out wiping her hands and looked directly at the clock. I looked up and smiled and received nothing back. My sister tried to ask a question of "how long would it take to paint a medium piece" and before she could finish her sentence the worker rudely interrupted her TWICE "you'll get the pottery back in two weeks" - which, my sister just forgot her question anyway. We left with disappointment with how we were treated although we were so excited to paint.

My husband was so excited to find a military antique shop. Even spending an hour in the shop wasn't long enough for him. We went back this past week to purchase a specific item he found during our first visit. Unfortunately, he had sold out but said he was fairly confident he could find in a few weeks. Just reinforces, if you love it, buy it when you see it. They are always looking to buy military items, vintage clothing, or your antiques.
