Second review. I love this gym plain and simple. Most important Mark is awesome at what he does. He keeps you motivated and engage during workouts. I would give zero stars if that were possible. Extremely poor customer service and professionalism. I went into the facility which was unlocked and door open only to find that no one was there to greet me. I waited for about five minutes because I figured with the spy cameras in the office they would have somebody greet me however no such luck. I left and called the facility to see where everyone was and the man that answered had no clue how to speak on the phone or answer whether or not I could get more information. I told him I wanted information on the membership and he answered "this is a private gym" so I elaborated on wanting more info and a personal trainer to which he started mumbling and saying that this was for private members. My annoyance was high because he didn't want to give info so I asked "so I can't sign up for training?" He blatantly responded no, so he kept me on the phone five minutes longer than he needed to. read more

I reached out to this business and Albert responded quite rapidly. We set up a meeting and I signed a contract and paid in full for one month of training. He then proceeded to cancel and reschedule four times. On the final scheduled time, he just did not show up at all and he did not even have the decency to call and cancel. I then reached out to make sure it was not a misunderstanding, but he did not reply. I then told him I did not feel comfortable anymore and I could either get a new trainer or get a refund. He proceeded to respond that he agreed with me, he took full responsibility and he would give me a full refund. My husband and I had never been to a gym and we thought it'd be great to have someone show us how to strengthen our core the CORRECT way. Albert is the BEST trainer for us! He watches us intently to make sure we're doing everything correctly. He doesn't say do 20 of these and leave. He WATCHES us, making sure every bit of our body is doing the correct thing.
