It was obvious and not an observation or perception error on our part. I even approached one staff member and asked if I could take a few pictures (not of customers) for a Google review and got a strange look and pause, before they said, I guess. I would recommend to the staff to kindly engage a customer, if you are suspicious; that usually helps clarify any concerns. Other than some uptight staff, we enjoyed this store.

Then gave me some things to watch out for and advised some service I should ask my LBS to do. Cleaned up my bike, put some lube on the chain and when I asked what I owe him he told me to have a great day and ride safe.
