I brought it back to return and to try something else. It was not a large purchase or expensive item, but I don't see a point in continuing to use something that isn't working as intended. I am very disappointed that they did not attempt to work with me at all. The advice was to use more of the product and " maybe " it will work. despite having limited options in our area I will no longer return to this store as who wants to give their business to a store that doesn't treat you with respect and appreciate your business .

After 10 I politely asked what time they would be winding down as it was too loud to sleep, I was met with a drunk yelling at us (I believe he is the owner). At 1 am he was still yelling about "doing one more shot". Awful experience. Side note the next day I mentioned the experience to someone I didn't know at the boat ramp and the person immediately identified Chapparal Park and the owner who has a serious drinking problem. The other folks at the shop during the day are wonderful and extremely helpful.

I brought Gloria The Wonder Bell into Tuff River Stuff, and after wrangling the beastly sprawl of canvas onto the table and getting the tear placed in the sewing machine, they were able to patch her up in fine style. I asked why they would put it online if they didn't have it. She said the website is never accurate. I'm curious how they manage their inventory. Don't waste your time with this company. They want all your information to sell it, and I believe they list items that they don't have in stock just to get your information.
