They have something for everyone in terms of the stores, restaurants, and various other things in this section. Frederick really does have a little bit of everything because there's so much space to build out here and with the addition of Firebirds and a few other places it just really shines and it's great for locals and those who don't mind traveling a few minutes to enjoy the place they were looking for. It's always clean here and there are rarely any crazy things happening. It's also great in the summer time if you want to walk around or enjoy the outdoors. There's always great service at the stores and restaurants here. Good value for what you get in terms of money and convenience. Things are decently priced given the current state of things. There's always room for improvement, but this space is on the right track.

If you get there early enough you can grab a bite to eat and use the restaurant seating. There's an area in front of the stage for dancing and believe me it's used. It's so much fun being with your family and friends enjoying good music. The vibes are electric! This is a non smoking and alcohol event. There are 2 more concerts left and then I will feel like my summer is coming to an end:(

They now have a Rock& Toss crab house, Sake Japanese steakhouse, Cava, and Nalley Fresh. A Mama's on the Halfshell is coming soon. I came on this occasion to enjoy the live music with my family. It so nice to have a free outdoor activity to entertain everyone. I had a great time. On this occasion I got some Missikn BBQ. I enjoyed out in the little avenue area they have roped off. They no longer allow and consumption of alcoholic outside so you will have to enjoy that at one of the few locations nearby before coming out to see the music. Smoking is not allowed but there are always a few violators. I saw plenty of security monitoring the area and they will remind people this is an alcohol and smoke free event. I had a great time and will come back as long as the weather cooperates.

So much to do here. In the winter, I love ice skating…read more Today they had the Memorial Day Parade with lots of performances. Lots of nearby parking garages which can be free and some are paid. My favorite places here: Library, BobaPOP, Kyoto, 5 Guys , First Watch. Lots of Pokestop or gyms if you play Pokémon go. Alot of good restaurants are gone :( so make sure you check before coming here. Oh yeah Trader Joe's is here and with free 60 minute parking!

A lot of people brought chairs but we found seats along the wall on the side of the main stage. There were different food and drink vendors and other stalls, portalettes, and some covered seating as well. We had a good time. We generally only come to this part of the area for the movie theater, so it was cool to see it with such a community event focus!

They also still have Old Navy, Chicos, Talbots, Pepperidge Farms, Under Armor, Christmas Tree Hill, Gertrude Chocolates, and others. You have your mall staples- Macys, Hollister, American eagle and H&M. I do love that there is a Barnes and Nobels and Dicks sporting goods too. I do wish there was more at this mall but also know the foot traffic probably doesn't attract anything new to the area. Worth a visit if you need something in a rush otherwise you may need to make the trip all the way to Tysons

Today, 12/23/25, I visited this store to pick up a customer order. The counter clerk was unpleasant…read moreand unhelpful. She was also outright rude, acting as if she did not want to retrieve the customer's order. I asked for a manager; she resisted calling one and displayed an unnecessary attitude. When the manager finally came to the front, she was not helpful either. She did not look for the customer's order and simply told me it was not there. To justify not checking, she stated that she had already told the customer the store did not have the item they ordered. This store has EXTREMELY POOR customer service, and as an African American woman, I was led to believe that the behavior I experienced was prejudiced.
