When it was time to wash out the color, she yelled from the other side of the salon that she was ready for me. I should have left then - but I didn't and she butchered my hair so badly that I tear up every time I look in the mirror. Cut off about 4 inches when I said I just wanted 2 inches, and cut uneven layers in my very thin hair. The root touch up looks like someone dumped brown paint on the top of my head - not blended in, color is too dark. Unless you get a personal recommendation for a particular stylist, I'd be wary. Now I have to try to find someplace else where I can go to get it fixed.

She also made me an appointment as I was in need of a haircut and beard trim. April did a most excellent job cutting my hair and did an outstanding job trimming the old beard. She is truly a cut above the rest. Her shop is extremely clean and very well organized. When she finished cutting my hair she offered to rinse it to wash the loose hair out. A first for me. Definitely recommend her to all who are in need of a professional haircut.
