From start to finish they assist you in finding a job. From interviewing you before they send your information to a family each time to checking in regularly to see how things are going. They even have a free training for each nanny called the "Savvy Sitter" training. It goes over the ins and outs of being a nanny. I am excited to finalize everything and start my new position soon. In over 2 months, they have only sent us 1 candidate who we already interviewed ourselves through Care.com. Clearly they do not have a pool of nannies that work for them. They just post the job on Care.com and look for someone there. Except they are not even as good as doing it yourself, as it took them 2 months to send us 1 candidate. We were able to interview dozens of candidates within 2 weeks of posting our job on Care.com and had multiple good candidates. We asked them for a refund or partial refund of our deposit since they have clearly failed at their job. We have not heard from them since. I would stay away at all costs. The agency is a huge scam.
