As a nanny with many years of experience, this was my first time signing up with an agency, and I'm so glad I chose The Nanny Concierge. I met with Amanda and her team, and everyone I spoke with was kind, patient, and easy to work with. They helped me through every step, and within a week they connected me with a wonderful new family. Finding a nanny that is right for your family is not easy. And doing so quickly is even harder. As a family with two working parents, with crazy schedules, hiring Amanda is the best thing we ever did! She has supported us through the entire process. Our beloved nanny had an unexpected event just 3 months in, and was unable to work. Amanda was there every step of the way, ensuring our son always had excellent care. You can absolutely see the passion Amanda has for this and how important to her it is that a family has the right care from the right person for them. I would use her services a thousand times over (but would never need to because she gets it right!) and I would recommend her to anyone that needs help finding their perfect match in a nanny! read more

I worked with Amanda to find care for our four month old. She was incredibly professional throughout the process. I appreciated that she did a consult before charging us anything. We decided to go through with her services and we were pleasantly surprised at how she was able to find us a competent, excellent caregiver on a short timeline. Amanda thought of it all when writing our job description. She didn't balk at any of our requests and was in constant communication with us throughout the process. It's not easy finding a nanny on your own and Amanda made the process so much quicker and safer for us all. We really appreciated her support and expertise! read more

Amanda was great to work with and stuck with us through some twists and turns, and during COVID no less. When our previous (family member) nanny relocated we initially thought we wanted to replace her with someone full time. Amanda spent a lot of time talking us through the process and getting to know our needs. We wanted someone who would embrace our Montessori and respectful parenting philosophy, and also be open to doing some housework. She helped set our expectations for rate and other terms and ended up finding us several quality candidates. In the meantime, our toddler BEGGED to go back to school so we ended up enrolling him in preschool and switching our search to part time help. Amanda found the PERFECT person almost immediately. We are now two months in and could not be happier. Our nanny makes our life work, our son loves her (and she loves him), and we never want to be without her. I appreciate Amanda for her patience with our shifting needs and for being responsive and lovely at every stage of the process. If you are new to the nanny search process or simply want to outsource the challenging parts (initial interviews, background checks, etc.) I HIGHLY recommend Amanda and The Nanny Concierge! read more

I hope this can help at least one family to not go through the added stress from this company. They are extremely unprofessional, and they basically want to place any warm, unqualified body in your household to collect money. They were very willing to support nannies that are unreliable, performed unsafe practices, and had minimal experience. Find a nanny any other way beside using them. read more

Amanda was amazing. I was a total newbie when it came to hiring a nanny. My little one was only a couple months old, and I was so nervous about leaving her in someone else's care. No matter how many questions I had, or things I needed to shift on, Amanda handled it all kindly, promptly and with grace. I hired the second person I interviewed, and she's still with us. My little one loves her to pieces. We hope she remains a part of our family for years to come - even after we no longer require care. :) read more

Amanda was fantastic to work with, she was super helpful and professional. We have been on the fence about hiring a Nanny and she made it so easy to pull the trigger. The hiring and on boarding process was extremely easy and seamless. We could not be more grateful for Amanda finding us the most amazing nanny for our two kids. Having our nanny has been such a game changer in our home. If you are even thinking about using the Nanny Concierge to help you find a nanny, you should just do it! read more

I made the decision to go back to work, and knew that was the right choice, but I was still wrought with guilt about leaving my three young children-- ages 2, and twin 5 year olds--with a nanny. I wasn't planning on using a service to find someone, but I quickly realized that the process of posting a job and finding qualified candidates was overwhelming. More importantly, I realized I didn't trust the online background checks that Care.com does (nor did I get great candidates from that post at all!). I posted on my "mommy" and neighborhood Facebook groups, asking for recommended places to find great nannies and Amanda's name/company came up five times on multiple groups I posted to! I now know why. Amanda is unbelievably calming and supportive-- she's a former teacher and busy parent herself, so she really, really just gets it. She was prompt, reliable, professional (I was so impressed with her professionalism, organization, and the quality of all materials she gave us!), plus, warm and caring. She truly took so much time to get to know me and my needs for my kids, found us two great candidates, and honestly, made the whole process fun! She is so flexible, accommodating, understanding, and supportive. I feel such a sense of relief going back to work, knowing that Amanda is only a text away and will help me with any emergency childcare need that comes up. If you are struggling like I was, I sincerely urge you to contact Amanda-- she will take it from there! I promise you will love and be "wowed" by her too! -Rachel Bronson, teacher and parent of three read more

Amanda is amazing and super responsive! I recently moved to the Phoenix area and did not know anyone. Amanda made it very easy to talk to her ahead of my move and get the ball moving so that I had fantastic candidates to interview right after I arrived. Amanda always kept me informed and let me know what was going to happen in advance and made all of the interviews go smoothly. She checks in regularly and really just makes everything as easy as possible. I highly recommend her. She is extremely professional and responsive and has her finger on the pulse of the nanny and babysitting community in the Phoenix area. I'm so glad I found her! read more

Amanda has been beyond amazing! Anytime I have a question about something she is quick to answer and has been wonderful to work with. This past weekend I had a sitter who cancelled the day of my company work party. Amanda reached out and within minutes had a replacement for me. Talk about a life saver! The woman she sent over was fabulous and my kids adored her! I could not say enough great things about Amanda. If you want someone who is really going to go the extra mile and work hard for you I can tell you Amanda is the one for you! I can't wait for her to find out future nanny! Thank you again so much! read more

We could not be more grateful for Amanda at the Nanny Concierge! She helped us to find the most AMAZING nanny for our two littles (in the midst of a pandemic no less)! She is amazing and really takes the time to get to know your family and what you need. Our nanny is a godsend (with the patience of a saint!) and Amanda helped us through out the process, especially the transition! Our two year was initially not happy that mom was going back to work and she supported us the whole time with ideas and resources. Our kiddos loooove our nanny (obsessed, really)! She is truly part of our family now! We are beyond thrilled with Amanda and all she does to ensure the nanny is a perfect fit for your family! Worth every penny! We are forever grateful! read more

Well I have had several nannies in the past some good a lot average and quite a few bad. Going through Care.com worked for the "quickie" young Nanny to come in work for a couple months and then gone. I was told about this agency and thought I would give it a try. The best thing I have ever done! Amanda has found us a new family member with whom I trust with all kids, our home etc... I rarely write reviews because I'm too busy but as you can see I'm at ease. Thank you Amanda for all you do! Kristina Vranic read more

Wow. Amanda provides an exceptional level of customer service in a day and age when this can be very difficult to find! From the moment I first contacted her, she was communicative, responsive and had a sense of urgency toward helping me problem-solve our childcare challenges. She is exceptionally busy, but she makes you feel as if you are her only client/family! Shortly after I initially reached out to her, our family's needs changed and she rolled with it - she was flexible and understanding, and did not skip a beat. She helped us find exactly who we needed. It is obvious that this is someone who truly cares about her families and her nannies; she LOVES what she does and prides herself in attention to detail and making perfect matches. She wants the best for everyone involved and will go to great lengths to ensure this happens. The quality of nanny/on-call nanny is wonderful as well. The two women I have interacted with are exceptional, dependable, and motivated people who have a deep love for children. I would absolutely recommend Butterfly Baby Concierge to anyone searching for elite nanny placement. You WILL be blown away! read more

Amanda with Butterfly Baby Concierge is absolutely wonderful!! I cannot say enough good things about her and her company!!! We had been through multiple different nannies and agencies and could not seem to find anyone capable of properly caring for our infant son. With companies like care.com out there, it really didn't seem like it should be that hard...but finding qualified and competent people to care my child was much harder than I expected. I was at the end of my rope and so close to quitting in my search. Then, I found Amanda. I reached out via her website and received a response quickly, both via email and telephone. Amanda listened to my needs and told me she would look into her database of nannies to see if she could find someone for my situation. Amanda didn't make empty promises and instead took a realistic look at which nannies she had to offer. She was beyond honest and beyond helpful!! Within hours, Amanda reached back out and said that she had combed through her database and was sure she would be able to help me. And help me, she did. She set up a time to meet that worked with my schedule and we met the next day. Amanda took copious notes and began working on my situation right away. She was extremely vigilant in finding us the right person to work with our family and brought us multiple different qualified candidates to choose from. Amanda is uber responsive and was with us through every step of the process. Once we began working with one of the people we chose, Amanda made sure to keep in touch and follow-up to ensure that we were happy with our decision. And, I can finally say that we found someone who connects with our baby and who takes the time to care and get to know our family. So many of the other so-called "nannies" we met had no experience with infants and had no clue how to properly care for babies. Instead, they were people who thought they liked babies because they played with a baby for 15 minutes one time. Amanda made sure to find someone who truly knew how to care for a baby. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Amanda and Butterfly baby Concierge. The only thing unfortunate about my situation is that I wish I had found Amanda earlier. I would have possibly avoided much of the upset I experienced and could have had the help I truly needed for so long. I can't thank you enough Amanda for what you do. Thank you for using your talent of matching up nannies with families for a good fit. You are a breath of fresh air and I look forward to continuing our professional relationship together!! I will now turn to Amanda when I need help and am so appreciative that she is there to provide her guidance and expertise. Thank you again and again and again Amanda and Butterfly Baby Concierge!!!!!!!! read more
