The entire process was easy and simple. Provide Jerry and his team members with all the required documents then they took care of the heavy lifting. In addition they know and honor the VA home loan which was a bonus because not all realtors knows the in and out of the new VA loan that all Veterans deserved to use. Jerry is well spoken and a positive representation of his clients. He didn't sugar coat anything and was honest. When asked for input on a property, he gave his honest opinion and thought on the home. When asked, he would us an idea of an okay, good and competitive offering price as well as any counter offer suggestions but end the end he left the ball in our court for us to decide. This is extremely helpful since he knows the current market and what homes are supposed to be selling at. Jerry and his team was also very responsive and answered all of our questions and concurs. They are also available nearly all time of the day and night as well as 7 days a week. This is nice when your searching for that right home. Lastly it's a one stop shop which is amazing. We didn't have to find a lender, escrow company etc. Jerry and his team did everything since they're a broker. They helped us get the lowest interest rates as well as a good rate on home insurance which was helpful since it was part of our monthly mortgage payment.
