So recently she advertised a Mother's Day special which sounded like just what I needed having a very difficult year. She recommended some very rich products which I did purchase from her directly spending quite a bit of money. At the end she briefly used some hand scrub and spray. After I left and went home my daughter asked me what that fragrance was and it was the spray for hands which had a lovely scent. My daughter who is getting married thought it would be a nice gift for her bridesmaids and we also were going to get them all gift certificates for facials from her directly and of course they are younger all w/good skin and live local so we thought they would enjoy this and have a better experience than I... just don't know why she has this nasty attitude towards me...I never have had an experience like this w/any "Professional". I tried contacting Jane about this product to purchase w/no response until suddenly she replied and accused me of trying to pick her brain and taking away business from her and others in the same industry!!! Sometimes you get differential treatment when you are going in for a deal and that absolutely was not the case. Jane was very sweet and easy to chat with. Her suite is cozy and her massage chair was incredibly comfortable. I visited her when I was pregnant, and she was very conscientious about what products she was using, their safety, and my comfort while lying down. She definitely took her time, and even went well over the time allotted for the appointment for some extra pampering. Definitely would highly recommend her services and she offers deals once you are subscribed to her email listserv.

Leslie, the nurse injector, is incredible. I have had the pleasure of getting Botox done by her two…read moretimes (April 2017 and September 2017) and I have had my lips filled with Juvaderm in April 2017 with about 0.7 of the syringe. I was notified in May that due to new Health Department regulations, they could no longer hold remaining fillers for the 90-days post injection for you for "touch-ups" or boosts, so I had a few weeks left to use it or that 0.3 would be thrown out. I waited until the literal last day before it would be tossed and went and had that filler put in about 6 weeks after my initial fill. The results were still beautiful. It's now January and I am JUST now considering even getting filler and Botox again (which is about 5 months longer than my filler I had prior to ever going to Leslie lasted - and I still have plump, beautiful lips, but I can see they are starting to lessen, and my Botox has not gone away completely either). I will say that will the filler I experienced more swelling than I had in the past, but I think that's because Leslie goes deeper (with both fillers and Botox/Dysport) and in turn, I believe I have gotten longer, better results because of it. I have had filler (Restalyne) and Dysport once before I went to Leslie and the results went away SO fast. I either metabolized those products very fast, or they weren't injected properly (which I firmly believe it was the latter because my mother does amazing with Restalyne and Dysport and she has the same great results with Leslie that I do). The downtime with my Restalyne filler was about 12 hours, very minimal swelling. The downtime with my Juvaderm filler from Leslie was about 36 hours. I was VERY swollen (almost to the point I regretted it and thought my lips could burst - but I was just used to the very rapid results & minimal swelling of the first time, but Leslie was also trying to even out some stuff that was uneven from the guy who did my lips the first time, so I should've only needed maybe 0.55 of the syringe, but ultimately need 0.7 of the syringe because of that just to ensure symmetry), but it was SO worth it in the end. With Botox no one would've known, but I felt like I had a little bruising, although I didn't. My mother experienced similar swelling, but she didn't get as much filler as I did in her lips - she spread her syringe between her cheeks and lips, so the swelling was much more subdued in her lips than mine. But we both have loved our results and have gotten tons of compliments. Leslie is thorough and incredibly thoughtful in her placement. She will not overdo things and will tell you when "enough is enough." She isn't going to make you look ridiculous. I will be seeing her within the next month for another round of Botox and Juvaderm. Oh! And Ballantyne Plastics also takes Care Credit which is incredible and they utilize the reward programs of the manufacturers for Botox, Restalyne, Juvaderm, etc. They are super customer friendly and try to offer discounts where they can and every month they run specials. Tell them Nicole Angelette sent you when you call!
