By overcharge, I mean they are robbing their customers. This has happened to me often and I haven't even been with the company for a year. 1st incident: I didn't have Canada Wide calling and felt I didn't really need it since I don't call much. Where they caught me? Made me pay for INCOMING calls. Guess what I had to do? Purchase Canada Wide calling in order to not be overcharged by $50 a month. 2nd incident: I had a university assignment that required texting to the USA. Out of curiosity I inquired how much texting would be; my options were a) pay 45c for EVERY incoming and outgoing texts OR b) pay $5 for unlimited texting. The representative couldn't explain the logic behind this and never addressed my statements of being ripped off. All he/she wanted to do was sell me the $5 bundle. Thanks but no thanks. The most UNETHICAL network provider I have ever been with. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Rarely do I review businesses on Google, but this is one of those times where I feel I need to help others who are thinking of taking their precious device to these people who's front is fixing phones. I needed a new screen on my (very expensive) Mate 10. They quoted me $300 to fix it and I agreed, since it is not a very popular device in Canada. I waited one month, no calls... Finally after about 1.5 months, I called again and said the phone was ready. When picking the phone up, I noticed the home button was dangling by its wire... Honey (the owner) told me to be careful with the phone and that I would need a better case. I thought, 'OK, this is NOT cool, but i will just crazy glue it and not worry too much.' When I arrived home, I took the phone out of the case, and that's when I noticed the entire back of the phone was smashed and then the back fell right off. Then I noticed the "new" screen replacement wasn't even put back properly... Despite all of this, i figured the phone would still be useful, however, that's when I noticed there was NO SIM CARD TRAY!!! They took my SIM card tray and didn't give it back... So now the phone is completely useless. Their store is a front for something else, as there is NO WAY that these people know what they're doing. If you dig deeper in their reviews (past all the paid FAKE ones) you'll find people with the exact same problems as I describe. In my opinion, the police should be investigating this joint.

I wasn't actually needing a repair, but had been REALLY struggling with not being able to move files between my Mac and Android phone. (If Apple, Samsung, and Google actually provided "service" - it would be much less of an issue.) Are you listening, Apple/Samsung/Google? But the problem may be related to not having updated the phone OS for a long time (meaning never in three years). This is something where Samsung (and maybe Google) are to blame, due to a system which is rather obtuse. (I've only been using computers since about 1990, and have been online only since 1995.) But they helped me update the system. Whether I get the file transfer problem resolved or not, it seems worthwhile; and I definitely would recommend this shop (especially if they can keep their rates reasonable). Most people seemed to be coming in with damaged equipment (cracked screen, or liquids got into it, etc.)
