He would completely lose his mind…read moreon walks when he saw: People Cars Bikes, Dogs Birds, Things that moved ...basically he would freak out, barking and lunging, just lose it, ever time we tried to walk him. He would also bark constantly at home with every little noise, and try to herd our cats around the house to the point they got so stressed out they were spraying. Long walks, which my husband and I loved, were impossible and super embarrassing because he triggered the whole neighborhood of dogs with his incessant barking. Holly stepped in and within the first visit-THE VERY FIRST VISIT!!!-we had a walkable dog! She bonded with Max and spoke his language right away. Lounging on the couch peacefully with our cats was possible again. Barking is now manageable and appropriate for the situation (doorbell, ect.), and we can stop the barking with a calm verbal command. Holly is so great! You should definitely hire her! Thanks to her, we have a happy, manageable house again. I'm so glad we hired her and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for doggo training. She can help your little dogs, too! The lady projected that she was a German Shepard and is difficult. Within 2 minutes put us in the back with a fence and basically ignored us. We said can we try and see how she does as she has been around other dogs and fine. My dog barked a couple times and instead of giving us instructions rudely said this is not a good fit please leave. It was illuminating. This is a certified dog trainer. That is a joke!! Should not even be one star.

Bear Creek…read moreAnimal Hospital did a horrible job, upsetting my dog who had been resting peacefully in her final days, until they kept us waiting for 40 minutes, then gave her four different injections which caused her to start panting for over ten minutes, then poked her painfully in the kidney before finally administering the final injection. I've had to take two other dogs in for this procedure at 2 different vets in the past. The whole thing took 10 minutes with one injection and my pets died peacefully. So I sure don't recommend Bear Creek Animal Hospital in Ashland.

We spend thousands in this store for our five cats. And whenever we have to bring something back we are always hassled unless we deal directly with the owner who understands customer service. It's a shame she can't find a reliable service oriented manager instead of the self important lady they have in place. What difference does an exchange make. It should be done with a smile not an admonition.
