She's a small, female-owned business owner that knows our city and knows what she's talking about. I usually dread facilitators in professional situations, but Nicole Thomas was the best one I've encountered in Cleveland. She is kind, patient, and encourages an intelligent and safe discourse. I actually felt like she took the time to understand our nonprofit board and our nonprofit before leading out sessions, which was really appreciated.
