He lets his admin assistant respond from his email, in a way that makes you believe it is him. The phone number on those emails is a general number, NOT answered by Michael. He listed my property incorrectly, took him two months (and countless reminders from me) to get photos of the property taken, and REFUSED to release me from representation, even after i asked multiple times. This all caused significant delays in selling my property. I would not recommend Michael or his office to anyone. This is bad business for Berkshire Hathaway.

We wanted to use our own agent BUT Linda had a fit over the phone with me. So Linda was representing the Seller and Buyer that was the worst mistake ever inI don't know were t this buying experience. The seller requested an extra two weeks before closing, so she could move and get everything ready. The serious problem we had after we closed the seller stayed in the house for additional 2 weeks. We were not compensated for rent we owned the house and property. We had horses in boarding facilities so we were spending more money. Lastly a 30 year old septic catastrophic failure as soon as we moved in. Seller did not report any issues with the septic BUT contractors who worked on the house stated the basement has been backed up with sewage. We had to completely replace the septic. This property was supposed to be fun and enjoyed with our families but instead we had sewage back up in our house and yard. Now in 2017 we finally replaced our septic and we have spend a ton of money. I regret using Linda as our experience was not at all great, we felt we had no consumer protections. It will be hard to gain back financially what we lost. Linda you were very unprofessional!

They rush everything, regardless of your circumstances or repeated attempts to ask questions or even try to contact them in general. Their reputation for being dishonest is accurate because they will undermine the value of your home, push you to hurry up and sell it for the sake of making a deadline and a commission and leave you with less money in your pocket than you could have had, if it wasnt all about hurrying up to make a deal so the listing agent can pocket their cash and move on to the next.
