He showed me a lot of crappy and run-down houses. He totally doesn't understand my property need/requirement and was often too busy for me. I was extremely disappointed and gave up on him. But my sister found and directed me to Jeannine online. I decided to give her a call. BOOM! She returned my call and discussed my r/e need/requirement. Second BOOM!, We got together next morning and looked around several properties. Third BOOM! I found a perfect house that fits all my need!! Jeannine handled everything with professionalism! We were first-time homebuyers and couldn't have found a better match. Roger Scheeve was a font of…read moreenergy and knowledge about the neighborhoods in Cleveland. Our experience with him started with a guided tour across the city to look at properties on both the east and west side. He maintained that high level of service throughout our interaction; he was always available by phone and email, met us when we came to town to do some in-person scouting, and kept looking for the perfect place for us when we were gone. We can't recommend him highly enough. He loves Cleveland and has made sharing the city's true nature one of his primary goals. He never sugarcoated anything, but he was consistently positive, even when the stress of house hunting was getting us down. Most importantly, he became a friend in addition to being our realtor. We'll be seeing a lot of him over the next few years, and if we ever move out we'll be able to hire him as our property manager.

I can see now that his guy feeling was correct and that she was not a good choice.

Erin Chappelle is one of the VERY best real estate (realtor) agents I have ever transacted business…read morewith. She just sold my wife's home in Ohio (my honey baby moved from Ohio to Cali with me 3 yrs. ago ). This was my 28th real estate transaction so needless to so say, I have seen the good, bad, and the ugly. Erin was GREAT (and that is a total understatement). She's AWESOME...Period! BTW- I don't have time to write reviews here on Yelp, but let me say this; please, if you come across someone who deserves more than just a "Yelp" review -write a flipping Yelp review on them. These people/companies deserve it!!! Erin goes way past the extra mile. I never left my home in Monterey, California, at any time during the transaction. She ran all over the place to close the deal for us (to the city, to the title company (and set up the escrow in Cali so we could sign docs), to meet my tenants, to meet with inspectors at the property, she had excellent repairs folks at her fingertips (i.e., when the bank wanted electrical and plumbing fixed prior to funding/closing), etc.). Wheeew!.... That was a mouth full. She was there every step of the way. And she made it so we received over $10K more than I ever thought we would at closing (yep it was a nice house and she did not sell it cheap [She got us ALL the money on that one]). She was spot on with market values and her market strategy, and more...when all's I ever wanted to do was dump the fringing house and get it off our books. From the first day I called her to the day we closed; was only 67days, from listing the house, showing the house, etc., etc., etc. and did I mention she got us an EXTRA $10K plus ;-).... Yes, I am ecstatic and delighted. We LOVE YOU, ERIN!!!! Background: I interviewed four other local companies (realtors) in the Lorain, Ohio area before I found Erin and the other companies were a bit flaky and/or just not as professional as I would have expected/liked. In any event, Erin was my 5th call, and in speaking with her .... I knew then ... I had found my person! Most importantly, Erin knows the housing market in Ohio.... like the back of her hand. She was professional at every step of the way, and my wife and I can't thank her enough. We do, however, still have six bottles of nice California wine we are sending out to her soon as I promised. If you are selling your house in Ohio - there's just ONE CALL YOU NEED TO MAKE - CALL Erin. If you are as lucky like we were, she'll work with you too. I swear, does this woman ever sleep. She was on it - like 24/7.

She helped provide me with a hassle free, easy and quick closing. We mentioned to her that we wanted to be moved in by Christmas, which I didn't think was even possible and she made it happen for us. She also referred us to our loan company, (see review: Emerald Mortgage of Strongsville). One thing that I really appreciated was, she handled the business end of things with professionalism and right away. Any time anything needed to be modified, emailed, faxed, etc. she did it before we even were aware it was needed. All we had to do was sign and she handled everything else.
