Location is convenient on Chagrin Blvd and he thankfully has Saturday hours. And the store has many styles and a variety of cord options on display. Bob came out twice to my house to discuss options, bring samples and double check measurements. The cost included installation which was done quickly and efficiently. Bob knows the product line in detail and quickly recommended styles and patterns based on my requirements. He also recommended a cord option that is very slick that I'd never heard of and would have not known to order, but loved it. He's been selling window treatments for over 20 yrs and it shows. He is a professional and a pleasure to work with. He also recommended an alternative to Silhouette shades which looked just like it at a good savings. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that as a comparison shopper I wish he carried at least one more line of window treatments than Hunter Douglas.

No LYING and saying the competition makes inferior windows (Then when you see what Window universe does it is actually better than the other company) I got 18 quotes for work on my house 5 window quotes. so I am tired and cranky. I didnt call Window Universe intially. (my mistake) I had one company (Who I wont review) that was all the way up to getting a downpayment from me. They seemed good initially but I had to fire them when they didnt show up (it was a fourth offence) Too bad. Well I called Window Universe they came out fast. The quoting process was fast. The person (lance) who came out was very personable. Now I didnt realize this but their quote was 1500 less than the other guy I fired. Also Lance is a dialed in person. He called Provia on my door and he told me that the door I was getting was not compatible so we had to switch. The previous guy was going to give me that door with the side lights. (Was it going to even work??) yeah so there was that. The appointment took minutes. We also talked about basement glass block windows. Their prices. Right on the sheet AND they were really good about 1/2 what I expected to pay. So I am going to do that too before the winter. Anyhow when all was said and done Window Universe was less than the guy I almost used and Lance double checked he got the proper sized windows and sidelights. Great experience and I still have 3+ weeks before the windows show up. Ill come back and add some pictures after it is done. I know it is going to be great.

Then owner was nasty and argumentive and said unethical inappropriate things when the bill was questioned. Glad I recorded our phone calls and all texts are also saved just in case. Zero stars. So far okay with some rain we had, hopefully the roof was done right. The crew doing the work were good guys. There are so many companies that do this work. Use any other one after reading Google and Yelp reviews and maybe some other platforms first.

We've only had the roof for a week, but I waited until we had heavy rain to write this review. The roof held up well with no leaks or issues. It looks beautiful. We had to keep two box vents (instead of ridge vents) on one section of the house, and the box vents they installed match the color of the shingles, which was a nice touch. We got four estimates, and Price Rite was one of three that were in the same ballpark. We chose them in part because they offered the best warranty. They were transparent about potential additional costs when they did the tear-off and inspected for damaged wood. Once they started working, they told us how many panels needed to be replaced and the total cost before doing the work. They showed us pictures and invited us to climb up and see the damaged areas for ourselves. Ron was polite, respectful, and professional, and he was always quick to respond to a phone call or text. The installation crew was friendly and professional. They arrived on time and, although the job took longer than the one day that was planned, they returned the next morning and finished quickly. They covered our shrubbery with tarps and cleaned up thoroughly each day. We had no issues at all. Overall, we are pleased with Price Rite's work and would recommend them.

Numerous window coil springs/balances break everytime I try to tilt them out to clean the windows. The part that breaks is cheaply made. And You have to silicone the frames so they open smoothly.
