Everyone else working at hotel is great - wonderful housekeepIng, maintenance, restaurant, management. The General Morgan Hotel needs to fire every single one of these women and hire better people. I won't stay at this hotel again if I have to deal with any of these horrible, nasty women. I spent over $1,100 staying here and dreaded every interaction with these women. Wanting to be considerate of the staff, I called ahead to see if we could place an order in advance without causing them to stay open longer than necessary. Alecia, the restaurant manager, handled the call with both professionalism and thoughtful attention. After asking about our expected arrival time, she explained that she would time the preparation of the order so the food would be served hot and at its best quality when we arrived. She also informed us that Zack in the bar would assist us since the bar remained open later. Her approach reflected a clear commitment to both customer service and the integrity of their dining experience. Upon arrival, everything was exactly as described. Alecia ensured our order was ready and confirmed that Zack would take care of us going forward. Both Alecia and Zack were courteous, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the interaction.
