I had wished…read morethere were more options/packages for adults with more activities for bigger humans and with more adult friendly food (they seemed like they were focused on kids), but the kids loved it and that's what matters. The tickets they earned on the games weren't really worth anything that cost more than a quarter but they didn't care. I had no idea they had axe throwing, a breakout room and a rage room. A package with 2 of 3 of these would be awesome with laser tag. I'm sure we'll be back with our friends' kids again.

Wanting to be considerate of the staff, I called ahead to see if we could place an order in advance without causing them to stay open longer than necessary. Alecia, the restaurant manager, handled the call with both professionalism and thoughtful attention. After asking about our expected arrival time, she explained that she would time the preparation of the order so the food would be served hot and at its best quality when we arrived. She also informed us that Zack in the bar would assist us since the bar remained open later. Her approach reflected a clear commitment to both customer service and the integrity of their dining experience. Upon arrival, everything was exactly as described. Alecia ensured our order was ready and confirmed that Zack would take care of us going forward. Both Alecia and Zack were courteous, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the interaction. On the day of our wedding, Katrina photographed us the entire day of our wedding and made sure that we weren't concerned about anything. The only thing we kind of wished Katrina would have done during our wedding was to take more charge of organizing people for photos. We also wish she would have taken more initiative in being creative in taking pics of just the 2 of us.
