I ordered Classic Beige Dome box with Light Pink Roses for my mom's birthday last month and set the delivery date to 12/22. They ended up being delivered on the 20th which was fine! Better early than late. Unfortunately, they were crushed. It was disappointing for her to receive them on her bday crushed. I immediately took some photos and tried to call. An automatic text was sent during my call. Since I couldn't speak with someone on the call, I sent a response by text along with the photos. I figured since it was so close to Christmas, it would probably take some time to hear back. No biggie! They reached back out the next day by text to apologize and were very responsive and quick. Sometimes, this can happen during delivery, which I understand. I did also purchase package protection too so not sure if that makes a difference when it comes to these situations. They offered: 1. A replacement of the original arrangement 2. A store credit gift card for the full value of the order I chose option 1. At the time, they ran out of light pink roses until 12/30 and asked if I would be ok with waiting until then. They would be delivered 12/31. Since light pink was out of stock, I asked if we could sub red roses instead. They were able to replace the order with red roses. Package was sent out right away and it was received the very next day in perfect condition. This order also smelled nice while the original order did not. Excellent customer service! I also received a Classic White Box from a good friend for my birthday last month as well. She was trying to get me purple but those were out of stock so she went with light pink. These arrived in perfect condition! Also have these in the Basic Beige Suede box with Lavender Roses and those arrived in great condition but didn't smell good. Prices can vary because they do have multiple sales throughout the year. When I purchased, it was on sale plus free shipping. Total was $245.52. I believe they were on sale when my friend purchased my gift as well but I am not sure what the sale was going on at the time. These make great gifts! While it is disappointing if/when they arrive crushed, the customer service department was able to get the issue resolved quick and made the experience better! read more

I ordered online thinking I'll get the best roses ever but hmm not really it came on Saturday I was so excited to open it to see what was in the ugly cardboard box that it came in, after opening I smelled the roses bc they say they spray their roses with unique fragrances omg i gagged after it smelled so bad no fragrance just nasty cardboard smell!! The roses looks dead it looks like it's made of paper my fake roses look 1000 times better next to these ugly roses that paid so much money for. I'm disgusted by this, I sent them a message on WhatsApp but no response. Don't waste your money go out and buy roses or flowers from a grocery store. This company is a rip off and should be out of business for false advertising. Oh and you get your nasty roses in ugly packaging even tho the website shows nicely packaged roses. Nothing is good about this company complete garbage and waste of money. read more

I highly recommend The Million Roses as a special gift for all occasions. If not gift, definitely decor. I purchased roses from this company exactly three years ago for my mother and friend. The roses are still just as beautiful. These organic roses are incredible and long lasting. They do not require water. Simply set them on display out of the direct sunlight and enjoy. They are preserved and perfect! They make a statement, especially on the dinner table. Complete elegance and beauty! The Million Roses has a big selection of "forever roses." Some of the collections are classic, speciality, and seasonal. You can easily shop by size, color, and/or occasion to narrow your choices and help guide you through some of the most stunning variety of forever roses/flower boxes. Pick your roses and select your shipping date. I placed my order on 09/21/2023 and selected 09/28/2023 for my delivery date and the roses arrived on-time as promised. The boxing, incredible and elaborate. I recently purchased a large rose arrangement as a gift. I purchased a supreme box. It's a step above the others and contains even more roses! I purchased the magenta roses in one of the hand-crafted royal blue suede boxes. There are between 25-30 roses and the box is about 10 inches. They are gorgeous. They offer monthly flash sales, for example, some of the September collection is now on sale for 30% off the original price. In addition, they have a "sale" section as well. Check them out! This company uses THE highest quality flowers. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! They changed the delivery date twice and then they "delivered" the roses and by delivered I mean, UPS left them in my recipients mailroom. My person did not know they were receiving a package and therefore never got them. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I tried to dispute the charge but the bank sided with them for some reason which is completely unfair. But it's ok, I filed a lawsuit against them today. For the value I paid, I expect delivery to be made at the door, not a delivery room. read more

Good flowers they come in a box different colors also you could choose variety of flowers

I received these flowers as an anniversary gift which I was looking forward to. However, I was completely disappointed due to 1) the smell of cardboard box that the roses reeked even though on their website it is claimed to have floral scents for a few days upon arrival, 2) the color name online is "light pink" but comes as a bubble gum pink, and 3) the white box has a few scuff marks. I tried to call the company, which no one was available to speak with. I tried to email the company, which no one has responded back. The best I could do was contact through text message, which they offered a replacement same color and arrangement or to receive a partial refund that would be on a gift card for future purchase. I asked to speak to a manager or someone higher up, which never happened. I begged to receive a different color in hopes they would look a little more authentic. I caved into a replacement box in hopes of having a better outcome. Unfortunately, I just received the replacement flowers and they came 1) smelling worse than the previous ones, 2) the same fake bubble gum pink color and 3) with multiple dented roses. Please do yourself a favor and DONT purchase - regardless of whether they are on sale or not. For reference, my order was a Supreme White Box, which is retailed for $400. For this price, I expected better customer service and quality of the product. If you're looking for "ever-lasting" roses, I recommend Venus et Fleur - at least you're getting what you pay for. read more

I love the monochrome navy blue on blue look of the roses I ordered! I sent these to a friend of mine after she gave birth to her little boy, I told her that they will last her until her son is walking and talking! They look so beautiful in his room, and she was surprised by how nice they smell and very happy to know that she didn't have to worry about watering and keeping flowers alive while taking care of a new baby. Both the suede box and the roses are so beautiful, I'm planning on getting one for a friend next week and I might treat myself to one as well for no reason at all! read more

The Million Roses was founded in 2014 and is the first company to create preserved roses. The roses are grown organically in Ecuador, and they are rehydrated with a non-toxic mixture of glycerine and other plant elements. Then in Los Angeles, workers combine the roses into arrangements of various sizes. The roses are available in several colors--red, pink, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, white, ivory, black, and even painted colors of silver and 24K gold. The prices range from less than $100 to about $2,000, depending on the number of roses and the type of box. The roses are shipped via either UPS or FedEx nationally and internationally. If the flowers are not delivered on your chosen day, then The Million Roses will refund the shipping fees. The roses are supposed to last up to 3 years and do not need any watering. To maintain the roses, the customer just has keep them in their original box in a cool, dry place with no direct sunlight or extreme heat. For Valentine's Day, my husband ordered an arrangement that contained 15 pink roses. Unfortunately, the roses were delivered one day late. They look very pretty and smell very good. I asked my husband if I should deduct one star from my review for the late delivery, and he said no, because he complained to the company, and the company refunded the shipping fee and gave him a gift certificate for a future order. Update in March: I felt so pleased with the roses that my husband had ordered me for Valentine's Day that we decided to order roses for his mom to cheer her up after a stressful week. For this order, I used my gift certificate as well as a 15%-off coupon and free shipping. I ordered a basic white box of "pink gold" roses and a classic custom box of "candy pink" and "light pink" roses. I paid $4 extra to select my preferred day of week for delivery. UPS delivered the roses to my mom-in-law's house on time. My mom-in-law described the roses as, "They are beautiful and smell so nice." :) read more

It is actually 4.5 Stars experience for me. I ordered my Mom the yellow roses bouquet for Lunar New Year. PACKAGE: Was delivered in a very stable, sound box that was perfectly packaged and set nicely on our door steps. I was so worried that the packaged would be tossed around to where the content inside would be damage. But to my surprise and relief that it was delivered in perfect condition. BOUQUET: The arrangement was/is spectacular with vibrant, color popping yellow roses. Roses were exquisitely arranged to magnify each one down to their petals. The smell of the bouquet gave an allusion that you were in a garden of freshly grown roses. The only sad part was the wonderful smell faded within a week. The note that was printed was a too small for my Mom to read, but the captivating flowers made up for it. My Mom was besides herself upon receiving the bouquet. She called all her friends to tell them about the bouquet as well as sharing lots of picture. This was definitely the "Perfect Gift". For sure will be a returning customer. read more

I want to assure that this review goes to all who want to patronize this establishment. I purchased a bouquet which has 200 roses. This arrangement is supposed to last 3 YEARS however after the second week the roses began to wither and die. I called the support and explained that I assured I treated the roses as instructed no watering no direct sunlight no heater next to them etc.. but the roses were all dying. I sent pictures and all that I got in response is they are willing to give e me $100 off towards my next order. I told them it's unacceptable for them to offer $100 on something that cost over $1100. Besides I'm not asking for a gift I'm asking for a company to be responsible towards their promises and quality of their products. After no response for 3 weeks I decide to write this review. The arrangement has continued to shed the petals I estimate it will be 100% in the trash within 1 MONTH. it's very unfortunate to have to go through this and not have a company that stands by their commitment to the customer. I hope others read this review and decide to use caution this product looks great but the 3 years promise is a scam. It won't last me 3 months. Totally threw my money in the trash trusting in a trash company. read more

Meh...I originally ordered the supreme white box, however I noticed the mirror silver after placing my order. The business was closed as this was during a Holiday but it didn't state this on the website. Customer Service Manager Pierre eventually got back with me after several text messages, phone calls, and emails. I don't understand why they sent the White box out anyway after I repeatedly cancelled the order. I was told it was because the label had already been printed. When I said the order hadn't been made though I learned these things are already premade and they just box them up which explains my supreme silver box. Upon receipt, the silver box had scratches all over it and a hole in the cylinder, and was dusty and covered with something like it had been sitting somewhere. I asked if the hole was normal and never received an answer back from Pierre after several weeks. The roses do not smell like anything. I didn't pay $300 for these. I only paid $160 plus shipping and taxes. It appears the discounted price they are advertising may be for items that have been returned or damaged. I threw it on my dining room table but the hole and scratches on the box are very visible. The box also didn't come with anything covering the roses so the blue could be seen at the top of the box. I noticed a lot of other reviews mentioned a protective box and roses that smell good. Not my experience unfortunately. I waited for you Pierre to respond back about the scratches on the box and the hole before posting this review. And please know I was already told before speaking with you that the arrangements are premade not made fresh. read more

This is the fourth time I have ordered roses from Million Roses!! This has been my favorite color arrangement so far. I am a University of Florida alumni and I also work at UF. I was notified by a man stalking me that he sent me another arrangement from The Million Roses. I called The Million Roses begging them to cancel my order and they refused to do it. The lady told me to refuse the delivery and the credit card the man used would be credited. I followed her instructions. About a week later, the man created yet another email account and emailed "I hope you are enjoying the flowers." They obviously didn't credit his credit card and therefore he thinks I accepted the arrangement. I contacted The Million Roses again, explained what was going on, and I only got vague text messages and and emails back from them. Even though they know how bad the situation is, they refuse to call me back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you want to spend a few hundred dollars on someone you care about, take her on a trip, buy her a day of services at a spa, buy her something sentimental, but don't waste the money on a company that doesn't care about a woman's safety and peace of mind. read more

The roses came in a nicely protected box. Once it was open the box was a lot smaller than expected. The roses inside did fill the box, but the pictures on their website was surely not the right count. I would suggest for them to take some real pictures to post for advertisement. The website picture had 12 roses, the real basket has 7. Flowers look beautiful though. I hope it does last the 3 years instead of proving other reviewers right. I tried to reach out to them via phone but couldn't so I emailed them, attaching photos and asking for a full refund. Even though this may have been caused by mishandling during shipping the arrangement was missing a proper packaging (foam, support) to ensure smooth transportation in the first place.
