This little gem is a wonderful flower shop that does amazing service. I wasn't disappointed one bit while shopping here. The place may be a little hard to find as it is kind of hidden along the street. The storefront is artsy and a little bit old school, elegant, and simple. Parking will be a hit or miss. They have a few spots in front of the store, but those can get filled up quite quickly. The selection wasn't too great but I found what I was looking for. They have a refrigerator filled with several bouquets at different price points. Quality is top notch at an affordable price. I was able to choose a bouquet and when I saw a sad looking flower, I asked for it to get replaced. This place has a nice variety of flowers and beautiful bouquet ready to pick up at a great price. This is a great go to for picking up flowers. However, if you have planned arrangements you need for something specific such as a birthday, anniversary, etc I would try somewhere else. I called and messaged through Instagram (the person I called recommended I use Instagram so that I can show pictures of what I wanted). I believe I began my contact with them around April 23. The pictures below are a few days after they confirmed prices and I decided to pick up the flowers instead of having them delivered. As you can see in the photos, the day prior from picking them up I asked for a picture of the bouquet and they responded saying they aren't ready yet but would be ready by the 23rd. I called the store around 5pm on the 23rd to confirm they would be ready in an hour and the person confirmed. I get to the location and explain I am there for pick up, only for the lady there to explain that they don't have it and that she barely got there and that her bosses didn't leave anything but a note with the list of flowers I requested. She explains that she thinks the flowers won't be ready today. I show her my confirmation for today and she stays quiet. I asked is there any way to fix this and she just shrugs. I have been planning and confirming if this was possible for a month with them only to be left empty handed for a really important anniversary. To top it off, it was almost 7pm on a Sunday so most things were closed. read more

STOP CALLING OTHER FLOWER SHOPS!!!!! THE MAGIC FLOWER SHOP IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE LA AREA!!!!!! I cannot say enough great things about the MAGIC this location pulled off. First of all - I had called around to other shops in the USC area and was priced well over $100 to have these delivered same day. I was wanting to do something special but also am Ballin on a Budget. So after getting a few quotes for over $80 I tried calling my friends at the Magic Flower Shop and...abracadabra...best price!!!! Secondly - the customer service was exceptional. They were fantastic at texting me updates for my same day delivery. I was able to communicate with them the address and the card language...all over a text message. Also I got a picture of what these MAGIC flowers looked liked - see attached. Third - they were being sent to USC...and apparently this campus is locked up tighter than Fort Knox. I get a text that the delivery may be delayed because they are at the security kiosk. Again, they pulled a rabbit out of the hat and was able to make the personal delivery within minutes of the originally scheduled times. These folks have all the aces up their sleeves and can make all of your anxiety and frustration with ordering flowers disappear! They are literally magic!!! read more
