A person named Matthew was set to come by to discuss what was found during inspection, we set a date and time and 10 minutes before set time, I called and he then told me need to push back by an hour. I cancelled the entire service request because I don't believe in chasing people down to spend money with them and if you can keep up with days and times, who knows how they will be when it's time to execute services.
