Lunch - Kefi Fast Fresh Mediterranean…read more I had lunch with a friend at Kefi Fast Fresh Mediterranean. The space is bright and clean, with a nice atmosphere for a casual lunch. Ordering is similar to Chipotle, where you go down the line and make your selections. You can see all the ingredients, and everything looked fresh. I ordered the gluten-free wrap with chicken, basmati rice, tomatoes, mixed greens, and other toppings. It was very well made, the wrap itself was tasty, and I enjoyed it very much. There was only a short line when we arrived, and it moved quickly. The staff was very friendly, professional, and polite. The $18 price tag is a little steep for a wrap. However, I was lucky and my friend was picking up the tab. I would certainly recommend Kefi for a well-prepared, delicious lunch that nicely splits the difference between fast food and casual dining.

I had the Greek salad wrap with lamb, and he had the salmon, and both were excellent. We also enjoyed the salad that came before the salmon. A very pleasant surprise was how wonderful the customer service was. The food was delivered quickly and graciously, and the person who served it to us even checked in partway through our meal to see if we needed anything. Then he brought me a takeout box for my leftovers. The Greek music being played also added to the charm. I highly recommend this restaurant!

So let's talk about it. This is our second time coming here because the food, the first time we…read morecame, was delicious and today was my birthday! We walked in as soon as they open at 11 o'clock and were greeted by a nice person, restaurants clean BUT problem that we're running into is all over every single one of the tables inside this restaurant has a combo for $15.99. It's a gyro, fries and a drink for $15.99 on the hard 3 sided standing ad in the middle of each table!! That's on every single table. There's no dates !! There's no expiration!! Doesn't tell you it's only from one time to another so we get up to the front we order our food. We're looking to get the combo and we are told at that point in time that we cannot get this combo because it was only September's and we're gonna have to pay $20. That's unacceptable!!! We ask for a manager the manager, of course is not in the store. The manager is out on a on a grocery run so there's nobody in charge I'm guessing because we asked and the cashier tells us she's only been there 3 weeks! Thats not how you run a business that's not how customer service is handled. It's so unfortunate because you've just lost a customer and I can tell you that every person that will be in search of Greek food I will never tell them to come and eat at this Greek restaurant, and I will tell them that these people don't stand by what most places of business would have done if the fault fell on them, just like Walmart and Costco, which would have been to HONOR THE PRICE! Especially since we are FIVE DAYS INTO OCTOBER.You can have the best food in the world, but if your customer service is horrible, your food is horrible. I think it's important for you to remember that if you put out a special and the special is over and you still have flyers out on your TABLES saying that you have a special you should honor that special. You shouldn't shy away customers who are willing to spend money in your restaurant because of a mistake that YOU or your employees made such an unfortunate thing.
