I visited this location today and was very disappointed when I was turned away. I walked in at 4:35:22 and was told I was too late. When I walked out of my car it was still 4:34 so I thought I had made the cut. I understand the 5 minute policy is to protect people and to keep the classes running smoothly, but if people arrive within that minute (cars don't have the seconds displayed), they should be allowed to join. This is very disappointing. I was very much looking forward to this class, had a crappy day and this was the me time that was going to make it all better and I was denied of approximately 20 seconds. I hope you take this feedback into account and allow people in if they're within seconds of the cutoff.

A High-Level Training Center in the Rancho Area!!!…read more I had the opportunity to drop into this Box in Rancho Cucamonga. I was looking for a WOD after travelling all day from the San Fran area. I googled boxes in the area and found CFRC and that it was close to my hotel. I headed on over and found a very professional Box. Once I signed in and checked out the place I saw banners on the walls with the training triangle and recommended warmups. This was the first BOX I've seen this type of motivator in, so I knew they were serious. The WOD was killer and I was spent, I had a hard time keeping up with the members as they were flying on the assault bikes after the WOD. The coaches were very on point and great at keeping to timelines during the WOD. The members trained hard and we all had a great workout. I'm so grateful that I made it to this Box and will drop-in again when I'm in the area. If you're looking for a BOX in the Rancho Cucamonga area, look no further than Crossfit Rancho.

Like I said, I've been coming for the past year, about 3-4 times a week. In that time, I've lost 30 lbs (halfway to my goal) and gone down a jean size and shirt size. And, that's without going on any weird or starvation type diet - no changes to what or when I eat. The only change has been coming to the gym. Another time I was removed from the waitlist, but had to reschedule the class to another day and received a cancellation fee despite me using the credit to reschedule another date. Go to the new Lagreeology in San Dimas for a much better workout, newer machines, more reformers, bigger space and rarely a waitlist.
