Anyways. I used the first two towels and thought I would try my luck and ask for one more. Again the gentleman told me that there is no limit on towels either. They just don't bring out 100 towels at once. The owner was a woman who was very knowledgeable on all breeds on dogs and how to groom them. She schooled me in how to feed and care for a Great Dane and I'm the owner!!! Hahahaha it was awesome. The lady was very kind to my dog and even did the nails for free. Let me say that bane loved her to death. The place is nice...there are tubs to the left and a table to the right. The gentleman explained that the table was for people to sit if they got tired. There was another couple There with their 4 and 7 year old and they were watching movies while the parents washed the dog. Let me say this. Anyplace that offers that kinda service is phenomenal. The other couple was happy cuz their kids were out of their hair hahahahaha. The cement was painted and it was nice. Very safe. No slipping . And behind the counter was a wall full of pictures of dogs. The owner called it the wall of fame. New customers, existing customers and doggys who have passed are on that wall. That was great. She took a picture of bane and he is now on the wall of fame. I love it. Let me close by saying this. The staff is friendly. They know their stuff when is comes to dogs. They are very helpful and they are pet lovers. The place itself smells clean and the dogs weren't out of control. Most grooming shops are stinky and nosey . All the dogs that were there for grooming were calm and relaxed. Dead giveaway that they are treated well there. I love this place. I most definitely will come back. Trust me when I tell u.
