The bigger department store is also a nice stop for gifts, has a well sized men's section and ample selection for women-- not just clothing but also some thoughtful small gifts. Solid selection of scarves and hats for winter. Both stores offer gift wrapping and are moderately priced. Friendly customer service is a plus

From what l've seen, her attitude and manner toward both customers and staff make her unfit for a manager or customer service position. I firmly believe that higher management should take a more active role in overseeing their staff and how they interact with customers.

Luckily there is a new Sonoma Skate shop owned by a skater near the Round Table Pizza & CVS I went in and was helped with a complete set up for me and my son. He was helpful. I'll be back. its called VALLEY OF THE MOON skate shop. RIP old school. P.S. there's no surf around here, need an Ocean for that.

Sad, this was the best and most complete skate shop in Sonoma County, (and was the premier North Bay shop for quite a while after Purple Skunk closed in SF) IMHO, you will need to go to Bill's Wheels in Santa Cruz to find it's equal.

The owner came to our house to see what our style was and determine what would fit in our home. She brought tons of samples, books full of chairs and tables and when we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for, she called the shop and had them bring over more! Waiting for our new furniture was excruciating, but after all, it was custom made especially for us and shipped from the east coast. Finally, it arrived and the owner supervised its delivery. After a couple of weeks, we noticed a problem with one of the chairs. We called the store and true to her word the owner not only replaced the chair but with a much better one than we had ordered. If you're looking for fast or furniture that everyone else has then settle for the big box, national stores, and your house will look like everyone else's, but if you want your distinctive style to show and you want your house to look unique then this is the place!

One difference here is that H Frank has a lot more furniture and associated furnishings. It was fun to look around, imagine the possibilities and wonder who really buys this stuff.
