Friday fish plate with 3 veggies and cornbread.

A local meat and three with amazing food! I personally love the chicken n dumplings, Friday fish, and poppyseed chicken casserole. They have two entree options and tons of sides to choose from as you go through the line cafeteria style, or you can order off the menu. The catering is always perfect and great to work with. A must if you are in Manchester and just a few minutes off I-24 if you are traveling through and want some southern cooking!

Family owned which I always like. Good food, service and atmosphere. Friendly servers and will definitely go back if I am ever in the neighborhood.

Such an unassuming gem of a place. It's centrally located in their downtown area, with a simple sign. Walking in its part general store and part cafe. Their cafe is set up cafeteria style where their offering change daily. Today they had bbq chicken and fried fish as the main set along with a plethora of sides. You decide which one you want to try and then what sides you want. If that isn't your style you can also order from their made to order sandwiches and burgers. My husband decided to try their fried breaded fish with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans. Each of the offerings of the day also come with a choice of cornbread, Mexican corn bread or yeast roll. I went for their local sourced cheeseburger and fries along with a sweet tea. The made to order came out super fast. The burger meat was absolutely delicious. Great tasty and perfectly cooked the fries were crispy and hot. The fish was amazing. I wasn't expecting the great flavor or the flakiness of the fish. The potatoes were velvety and delicious and the green beans were tasty too. The portion sizes were more than enough. The tea was fresh and perfectly sweet. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful. The owner took the time to stop by and talk to each table. She explained to me that everything was made from scratch nothing was canned or pre done. Their desserts were amazing looking, unfortunately we were a little full after our main that we didn't indulge. But we did buy a pecan pie square from their bakery case which was devoured later on. I love this place the homey welcoming feeling you get walking in. The amazing tasty fresh food and the people make this place somewhere to stop for. We left with plans to return some time soon before we head home from our vacation. If you are in the area definitely check this place out.

Great Southern cooking! I don't usually post, but I had to post some pictures to give a sense of what this place is like! All kinds of great desserts, hot cooked dinners and made to order hot sandwiches. This is where all the locals eat!

Food was amazing, atmosphere was very cute and cozy, and their service was wonderful. It was our first time here and (if I remember correctly) Michelle was the one who answered all questions we had with a smile. If we lived closer than I have no doubts that we would be very frequent customers. Will definitely be coming back if I'm in the area again.

My husband and I have wanted to try this place for a while. After reading all the great reviews we decided to give it a try. I really wanted to like this place. I ordered the fish fillets, white beans, oven potatoes and Nana's corn. Husband had the fried pork cutlet. Fish was in a thousand pieces (looked like garbage) and extremely cold. Potatoes were cooked uneven, Nana's corn had chunks of cream cheese and cold. White beans were delicious and hush puppies were so over cooked. Husband said pork cutlet breading was so hard. So very disappointed with meal. Now let's get to those fabulous dessert's. That brownie was the best thing ever!!!

The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the rosemary scones were wonderful. My mom had the Portobello mushroom and really enjoyed it. The winter vegetables and mashed potatoes were so good we cleaned our plates. The salad was the perfect size, and the Christmas pudding with tea was a lovely ending. The performers were a real family--parents and their children--and their chemistry made the show especially charming. We attended the final night, complete with playful moments and laughter. A little long, but well-paced with the meal between acts. This could easily become a new Christmas tradition.

I'd postponed it on my last visit to Tullahoma so I'd have something to look forward to on my NEXT inevitable visit, so safe to say anticipation had really built! I arrived around 2:45 and came into a moderately busy coffee house. The acoustics are such it's a little hard to hear if groups are visiting inside, so maybe not the best place to work or read quietly. That's fine, I was going to get my stuff to go anyway. The interior is very cute and thoughtfully decorated and even has a selection of Celtic themed gifts. Service was...surly. The barista spoke very softly and slowly in a very apathetic tone and did not seem interested in answering questions or sharing about the products. I got an iced bonfire mocha (I was very quickly and somewhat harshly corrected about the sizes available to order it in). The pastries looked absolutely amazing so I got a coconut cream scone and a hazelnut pastry to go. They did offer to warm the scone for me, which I accepted. My items took an average amount of time to come out to me. I headed out immediately since I wanted to get home and didn't feel that welcome anyway. So.... That bonfire mocha, yall. It's a spicy mocha, with a dusting of cayenne on top. Allegedly. I've had mochas like this before. They're often made spicy with cinnamon and/or cayenne. I've enjoyed the ones I've tried very much (the version of it at Gold Sprint in Huntsville is delicious!) so I was excited for this one. It had me completely convinced I'd somehow made the barista furious without knowing how. I am fairly heat-tolerant and like spicy stuff and it had me absolutely on FIRE. I thought maybe I'd accidentally gotten a sip of cayenne straight from the top, so I tried mixing it up and drinking from another spot with my straw. Nope. I tried multiple times, coughing up a storm the whole time. But the whole thing was crazy spicy. Inedibly (un-drinkably?) spicy. The cayenne went straight to the back of my throat and sat there scalding me for a long time. I was so sad. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is the coconut cream scone. It was supposed to be heated up...I can't say it was much more than a little above room temperature. But I munched on it in my car and thought it was pretty good. A little dry, as many scones tend to be, but the coconut glaze and cream was flavorful and silky. I enjoyed it. I planned on sharing the hazelnut pastry with my husband later. However, I examined it when I got home (mind you, I hadn't opened it since after leaving the restaurant) only to find...a short, slightly curly black hair attached (baked in?) to it. Facepalm. Straight to the trash it went, regrettably. No idea if it was good or not. It looked good, except for the hair. An incredibly disappointing visit. I'm really sad to write this review. Hopefully I just came on a really off day.

Before we even got there as we were rolling down the interstate, R ordered his drink via a mobile order to pick up inside the store, and, at that time, I didn't want anything. However, when we got there, I changed my mind, and decided to stand in line. This Starbucks was very busy, since it was the day before Thanksgiving, and there were a lot of cars in the drive thru line. There was a short line ahead of us when we walked into the store, but the one employee at the register was very quick and efficient, and got the line moving very quickly. After I ordered, R picked up his drink that was ready at the pick up counter. He tasted it and it tasted exactly as how he ordered it. I only had to wait 5 minutes for my drink to be made before it, too, showed up at the pick up counter. Mine was made perfectly too. This Starbucks location allowed people to sit inside. However, with the number of people either waiting for their drinks or already enjoying their drinks, there wasn't enough seating for everyone, and we weren't going to stay inside anyway. For the amount of traffic this place probably gets, it was relatively clean. The men's restroom was clean too. I thought it was odd that there wasn't any food in the display near the register. Maybe because of Covid, or they already ran out of things, or they were planning on closing early because of the holiday the next day? The parking lot had more than enough spaces. Good thing we got here when we did. As we left to get back into the car, the drive thru line was now longer, and a few carloads of travelers were walking into the store.
