Horrible place. Don't recommend. Piss poor employee service, older man in a red shirt, who wouldn't…read morehelp me, be flexible with my order, or allow me to customize at all. Plus, the bread didn't look proofed at all; it was super thin and reminded me of breadsticks. I wanted to order a turkey sandwich but get the meat heated up separately. I am pregnant, cannot eat cold deli meat, and don't like toasted subs (which I explained). Guy at the register, I'm assuming is the manager cause he had a red shirt on, told me I can't get it toasted cause it's a "cold sub", that I needed to get something from the speciality hot sections & can customize. I explained that I don't want it toasted, just the meat heated separately. He repeated himself again without further explanation. So I decided on the turkey with avocado, no avocado, with meat toasted separately. He has the audacity to ask me "what, no avocado for the baby?". I told him no cause it's not fresh, which he agreed, then said they can't toast the meat separately cause it will burn. That doesn't make sense at all cause I've done it at other places with no problem. I was confused and he got an attitude with me because I didn't understand. Finally, I said fine, just add salt & pepper. He responded, while smiling, "we don't have salt and pepper. We only had oregano & parm". I've never had to bite my tongue so hard to not get an attitude with someone. And the guy had the nerve to say all of this with a smile on his face. If you want a good sub that's worth the price and where bread that doesn't look like Olive Garden bread sticks, go to the pizza place on the other side of the plaza!

Unfortunately, the meat was a bit dry, even after adding sauce, and it didn't quite hit the mark for me. That said, I did like the food truck concept and appreciated that they offer seating, which is a nice touch. It's possible I just caught a bad batch of ribs since it was near the end of the day. Overall, it also felt a little pricey for what I received at almost 40$ for a full rack of ribs with no sides felt a bit much. I might give it another shot earlier in the day to see if the experience is better.

It's a little hard to hear due to noise and being in a gas station is a little iffy but what you come for is the food! Pricing and portions were fair and the food was tasty, we ordered a pulled pork and fries and brisket -everything was flavorful and delicious. The seating area is very casual and not as clean but again that's to be expected. Parking was easy by the shopping center and this seems to be a favorite among nearby workers. I didn't find a trash can easily but I'm sure it was available. I recommend ordering in person as I noticed a price different to when I attempted ordering online. Overall, I recommend.

(Denny'a store at 230 NW PEACOCK BLVD, Port St. Lucie Florida)…read more Long overdue review. About 5 months ago, my buddy and I gave the Denny's on Peacok a try randomly on a Sunday morning. For a long time we would go to IHOP or Rise and Grind Cafe on Sunday's which are closer to our homes. But we gave this Denny's a try because we were in the area randomly one morning. Wow, we have yet to go back to the other places and since then we start our Sunday mornings each week bright and early at the counter. While the food has never let us down, no doubt the primary reason we made the switch is because of the service from counter waitresses (Rachel and Gabrielle) . They treat us and the others like the only customer in the store and the overall atmosphere they create is so welcoming. I now sometimes come alone on other days. These two know what we eat, they have coffee ready before we reach our seat, and they treat us like more than a customer. You can't easily find that just anywhere. They are that good !!!! The only complaint I would have is not with the store but with Denny's Corporate App and the Self Check out option that prints on the bottom of the check. If you self pay at the table, you don't get your rewards points put on your Rewards profile, even if the waitress adds your rewards information to the check before printing it for you. The self pay does not seem to link and getting in touch with Corporate Rewards is not very easy. You have to email them and wait. Overall, we really enjoy this place as you can tell. I just hope these two never leave cause if they do and stay local, we may follow them, haha. I rarely post reviews of anything but given my background in Restaurant Management (Marriott) I have a great appreciation for how difficult these jobs are so when I see someone masters the "Service" skill in a busy envoronment, I kinda feel obligated to applaud them. Thank you.
