Since my first visit I've already made two additional visits. The fresh juices they have over the weekend are delish. I also believe they carry a selection in their small refrigerator. There's also a wood fired pizza vendor there I've seen ok Saturday's, however check their social media for who exactly will be there. The pizza is something else. I've gone twice just for the pizza alone. My go to is the veggie pizza. I wish I would have stopped sooner, all vendors and staff are friendly and helpful. Stop by this quaint for a home town feel.

I got to meet Elizabeth, who was just the sweetest thing ever! I ended up purchasing a large bottle of blackberry honey and two bags beef jerky. Everything is so good -- nothing like the flavorless junk in the supermarket. It's a little out of the way and possibly hard to find, but it's honestly only like five minutes from the freeway. You actually get to talk to the guy who grows the produce -- Mr. Rios. He said he has leased the land for 37 years, and he took the time to show us around and show us the 400 tomato plants he just planted. He was proud of his work, and he told us what fruits were coming into season in the next couple of months. Needless to say, I definitely look forward to return trips.

It's been a favorite of locals in the valley for many years now. This is my first time back in YEARS and the cookies are STILL top-tier. There's something about having a Mexican chocolate chip cookie in the cold that just feels so right. I visited with a group and was met by a friendly, yet astonished lady who seemed to have never seen so many people in her shop before. My main targets (chocolate chip, sprinkle cookies) were available, however I noticed some of the pastry racks were missing quite a few items. My group was looking for conchas, however only one selection was available. We had to wait a bit for the staff to make some more. The conchas taste good, but I've tasted better in years past. Don't get me wrong, I'm always looking for a chocolate concha fix, it just wasn't warm enough. I wanted a hot drink with it but unfortunately I don't think they sell Mexican hot cocoa here. I spotted a small fridge with refreshments like Jarrito's and other popular Mexican cold drinks. The store is older, but well-maintained. I think it needs an update aesthetically, but overall it was very clean. As for seating, I couldn't find tables inside nor outside (except one, without chairs). La Reina is very much a grab-n-go bakery.
