WARNING!!!!!!! I wasn't going to write review because was waiting for the nursing chief to call to speak maybe she would have normal response after talking to administrators but what a joke! I had an 30min conference all he understood was I was angry about my dad's admission! On Friday 06/06/2026 my aunt visited my dad called and said he didn't look good i called 2 times Friday nurse informed me he exercise and had shower so he was probably tired! Something told me to go in Saturday June 7 around 5pm to find my dead half dead gasping for air! First thing I had mentioned before admitting please please make sure his oxygen is always stable sure no problem! Welll i walked in my dad was peel white with his dinner in front of him which was tuna that looked black and him asleep! I call my dad to weak him up he wouldn't then I shock his shoulder he opened his eyes barely able to speak! I called for nurses about 20 min later he walked in I said my dad is not doing well he tells me no his good! I said check his oxygen then he doesn't but doesn't want to tell me because he relize oh shittt! After couple ask he said it's 80 I said I told you his not well! He tells me oh let me go call the doctor I said no you need to call 911 make the story short my dad is on Ventilator in the hospital for 3 days because of the neglect and poor nursing skills at this facility! If you want to take your parents or significant others there alive and come out Dead then this is the facility for your family members! I hope this review can save someone family member! After she told me how grateful she was to go, the care provided is above and beyond. Nurses and faculty treat patients like family and make sure their health and care are priority. This is basically a nursing home, a place where people go when they are not sick enough to see a doctor, and not well enough to go home. I woke up here after a month in, they told me, a hospital ER, August, 2019, where they took me for a stroke. After I learned how to operate my wheelchair, I rolled around the place to the dining room and the exercise room, reception, offices, and an enclosed outside area. The people there were mostly older, and they were a privilegeto be with. The younger ones less so, had some crazies for roommates on occasion. The staff was mostly okay. I stayed till mid-December, then a few days at another hospital, then home. Three problems. 1) I had cheap insurance, and this place was definitely on the cheaper side, one session of therapy a day, for stroke patients with my insurance, when stroke patients get typically 5, and I couldn't figure out better insurance until January, on my own. 2) The staff gave me an arm splint for a broken arm instead of a arm brace for a stroke patient, two entirely different things (see photos) and didn't offer a replacent till early December, when two different staff members, Sarah and Ray, offered on their own two different types of arm braces for a stroke patient, in a catalogue, and I had no way of knowing which one I needed, so I waited till the hospital gave me one the following week or two away in mid-December. 3) The coffee was the absolute worst. My memory was a little off, still is somewhat, but I often carried a notebook and can write left handed when necessary. read more

My grandmother has been here since 2014 and loves it here. All the nurses have been so companionate and takes care of my grandmother so well. The administrator and don are doing an exceptional job at managing their staff, and I am forever grateful! The facility is nice and clean, and does not smell at all. On my second visit to Panorama Meadows I was really let down. The person in the space over had his TV blaring all night. I had taken an Ambien cause I knew this guy was trouble. THERE WAS NO SUPERVISION WHATSOEVER. The next morning this same person pushed the curtain so pushed back. The next thing I knew he came flying through beating on my face. I'm not the type to be pushed around to I went over and hit him so hard he stumbled back, falling to the floor. At first one of people there said they saw him attack me but later changed their story to "no witnesses." I did make a police report but officers said it was "my word versus his. Didn't feel like spending time in jail so I was forced to NOT file charges. Then I told them the conversation was over. Things just continued downhill. I was moved to this room where's very over weight Mexican was. He looked like he moved his room in with sh*t all over and he smelled. The next day got better as I noticed they forced him to take a shower and moved me to a much nicer climate. Don't they screen people without just taking them in? They could turn it around but it would take a lot to go back. I have cardiomyopathy, I can't be fighting people. Natalie was nice and tried to smooth things over so hopefully if I'm ever there again, it's nice. read more

A place to go on your way to see the grim reaper... i left there and didnt give me the right meds that they should have or proof i had both covid shots and called 3 times to get that and said they should have give that to me when i left but they would mail it to me...it's been over 3 weeks and no card yet. Hello Khistine, I did mention my sister was there for 2 days and no Brenda the caseworker did not return my calls. The two days I would be there and see how the nurse's would not come to assist till an hour later. The First day my sister was a sleep in the wheelchair when I arrived and she was waiting for assistance from the nurse and the nurse did not come till I help her move to the bed my self after an hour wait. About getting a hold of Brenda I would have to call over and over to get someone on the phone. They would send me to voicemail then I would continue calling. I did go to the facility four times. Brenda was not available after 4:30 pm so I would request the belongings to be left at the reception area after the last two times. Regarding the fan I expected the same fan since Brenda did mention they found the box but not the fan. They did give me a smaller version of the fan and it was not the correct size of the original one. I know the fan that was bought in Amazon was $40 dlls and the actual correct size of the fan was $80 dlls. At this point I don't care of the fan. I care more of the way the facility handles every procedure and details. read more

I went there voluntarily after my hip replacement surgery for 5 days. It was the worst experience ever they don't take care of their people at night after 11 that have the staff partying with loud music and screaming through the hallways the food is disgusting the management is horrible. They don't treat their people very well. I would not advise people to put their parents or loved ones in this place read more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. My Uncle has been nothing but suffering here. He lays in his bowel movements for up to FIVE HOURS without any attention from the nurses. My Mom is having to constantly call to tell them to do their job - how is this acceptable?! Nurses come into his room to shut off the call light and leave immediately after.. HE NEEDS HELP THAT IS WHAT THE LIGHT IS FOR!!! This is disgraceful and we will be getting him out of here!! read more

So, this is my second review for yelp. I want to thank all the nurses/helpers that helped me back to recovery. I can understand the people that had bad experiences because out all the nurses/helpers around five or so are bad. But, the rest are pretty much great and three or four are the best of the best. First of all, the only reviewer for this place "Jenni Rivera" is a marketing director at this place (I have her business card). That alone says something. They lost my grandma's dentures while she was staying there for less than 6 hours (admitted then soon trasferred back to hospital), and have been smartly avoiding the family for almost two months, always saying vaguely on how they will reimburse, without ANY actions. Jenni said she was reviewing their room CCTV, and never called me back. Oh and by the way, the actual place looks nothing like the pictures posted here by the marketing director. 3 beds per room, where the size of the room is same as rooms in other care facilities with just 2 beds. read more

Were it were permitted , I'd give zero stars for the Home From Hell. My only reservation in this is that many of the staff were quite nice but couldn't override the incredible NIGHTMARE that was my stay at this awful place. I was literally dumped in a bed and left to fend for myself for the duration of my stay. Upon my arrival, no one advised me what was going on, who to speak to about what, etc. During my entire stay (I'm 67 years old and was in to receive physical and occupational therapy) I NEVER received therapy of any kind! Not ONCE! I was told to never do anything by myself as I was a fall risk. I had them check my call light, as not ONCE was it EVER answered when I needed help. In order to receive help with anything, I had to get myself out of bed (which I wasn't to do unassisted at any time), get myself to a wheelchair, and physically go to the nurses station to inquire. When I was finally able, with much difficulty, to get anyone's attention, I was told to go back to my room (and not get up again) and that it would be taken care of. It usually took SEVERAL trips on my part to have my needs met. I repeatedly asked for a shower and finally on my last day there, was advised that I could only get one on a Tues. or Sun. Between me and my family, we made FIVE trips to the nurses station (on my 6th day there) yet NEVER received a shower! Even when my family and I advised them we were miserable and wanted to leave we were told that there was no one to talk to about it for two days and that if we chose to leave, they'd hold my medications "hostage". (I understand that leaving AMA requires that they not release my meds, but the way they put it was like a threat and they refused to call my doctor.) I didn't see patients in the halls nor ever in the physical therapy room! All in all, excepting some kind staff members, it's difficult to say a kind word about this dismal facility. This kind of treatment is not standard in these facilities, as I moved to a WONDERFUL Skilled Nursing facility eventually,(approximately 1 mile away) where I've been since and the care is marvelous. The staff is so nice and professional, and I'm constantly being asked if I need anything. YOU NEED'T SETTLE for substandard care for your loved ones! read more

Great facility with top notch care providers... My elderly friend received excellent care at The Meadows Post Acute for the months he was there. Everyone involved was extremely communicative and kept me up to date my friend's health. The staff was very nice and genuinely seemed to care about the patients and those who came to visit. One thing that particularly impressed me about Meadows was that whenever I would call, if my friend did not pick up his phone, someone would actually go to his room to see why not and try to get him on the phone. I have visited my friend at all different hours, and they are consistent. Facility was clean and tidy. If any of my Family members need nursing care, I will definitely have them come here! read more

WARNING!!! Please Read! It's weird. I didn't know this elderly woman, and for some reason I feel this anger and sadness. The negligence that was displayed will not go uncontested. If you have anyone in an rehabilitation center; please check on them daily. The negligence shown by the personnel at Panorama Meadows is appalling. A lady who was staying next to my grandma was so sweet. She wouldn't say anything, but you could tell that she didn't mean any harm. She had a hard time breathing, and my mother repeatedly told medical personnel. If you are in the medical field-do it whole heartedly. She passed away tonight. It could have been prevented. I am so angry. I am going to make sure that this facility is held accountable for their performance. Luckily my mom has been attentive with my grandmother, and my family is not known for staying quiet. We are going to make sure that this doesn't happen to other patients. PLEASE AVOID THIS FACILITY!!!!! read more

This place is a joke. DO NOT take your loved ones here. My mother had a stroke sometime in the night and the left side of her face went limp and had a really bad slur in her speech. My aunt noticed it when she talked to her over the phone at 9am. My father noticed something was wrong with her face when he saw her around noon. And I noticed it clearly when I saw her after work at 6pm. My sister called cause my aunts and father told her something was off, and when my sister called, the "nurse" said she looked fine and her speech was perfect. She has PT that day too and no one noticed her face was sagging on one side and her speech was severely slurred?? It took a family member who works at the ER across the street to come in and tell them to re evaluate her and when they did they rushed her to the hospital. She went in from the hospital and was there 2 weeks, and now she's back in the hospital and also has a bed sore. We are gonna take legal actions against this joke of a rehab place for negligence. How can a place that "cares for its residents" ignore the clear signs of a stroke for over 12 hours. DONT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. PLEASE!!! read more
