Lauren and her team completely made me rethink my expectations for realtors and professionalism. I like to pride myself as a good judge of character, as well as pretty intuitive. Of all the realtors I have met, I haven't found a realtor previously who I trusted, and who didn't make me feel like I was just a quota or a way to make it onto Million Dollar Listings eventually. From the first meeting my wife and I had with Lauren, I could tell she was different. First of all, she listened and more importantly heard what our wish list was, where our comfort zone was (financially, location, etc). I know this doesn't seem critical but nothing is more crucial than having an agent who knows the area, understands your needs, and is constantly only showing you the homes that would meet your needs and budget. Second, Lauren was always available, accessible, and quick to make sure that we felt that we were her priority. Whether it was text, email, or phone...she was there with suggestions and guidance, along with status updates. I can't say enough that I haven't found this level of communication and attentiveness in any of the other realtors I have worked with in the past.
