As 1st time home buyers, the process can get very confusing and overwhelming. There are so many terminologies you need to know, tons of reading, and research to do, numbers you need to deal with, & the list goes on..... I remember walking into the Academy Mortgage's office, Garrit was there right away willing to help. We were in a hurry to reserve a certain lot at Atherton Homes because we really wanted that area.
