Do not expect Moses, or anyone at TOK as far as I can tell, to be professional, helpful, or effective. His response time is terrible, I have had to badger him every step of the way, and his responses always seem to come late on Fridays so he doesn't have to actually deal with anything until the following week. He consistently does not include attachments on his emails and when prompted to actually send the file will get around to it in a few days. He does not provide updates. We're supposed to be working on finalizing a lease right now, and it's still not worth his time to respond to an email past 4 on a Friday. The transaction was going so poorly that I contacted TOK directly and asked to speak to the managing partner or at least a supervisor. It wasn't worth their time to take a call either. DO NOT USE TOK.
