Mina (the owner) is amazingly kind, professional, and honest - a beautiful person who explains everything comprehensively and reviews with you the exact problems (if any) and viable options. He has given me a renewed faith in my fellow man! Incredible businessman who I would urge you to use because he can be trusted 100% and works to save you as much money as he can. He's got no ulterior motive as he doesn't do any of the work himself...he said he wouldn't do that because it would be a conflict of interest. Incredible!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Shawn on the design and construction of a major addition to our…read morehome, and the experience exceeded every expectation. Our goal was to expand the house while preserving the character of a turn-of-the-century farmhouse. Shawn accomplished this beautifully. He designed an addition that seamlessly blends with the original structure while introducing thoughtful new architectural elements, including a stunning round turret, a spacious master bedroom suite, an open family room, an expanded kitchen, and an extended basement. The project also included a breezeway connecting the main house to the carriage house, complete with an outdoor shower. One of Shawn's greatest strengths is his ability to balance design integrity with craftsmanship. The addition features high ceilings and a roofline that perfectly matches the existing home, making the new spaces feel like they were always meant to be there. What truly set Shawn apart is that he didn't just design the project, he also served as the general contractor, bringing the vision to life with exceptional attention to detail. The result is a custom, stately home that reflects exactly what we hoped to create. Beyond his talent as an architect and builder, Shawn became a trusted partner throughout the entire process. His collaboration, creativity, and commitment made what could have been a stressful renovation an incredibly rewarding experience. Over the course of the project, he also became a lifelong friend. We highly recommend Shawn Mazur for any construction project you are considering. Dennis & Kristine Bradley Beach, NJ

As you can imagine, this can be a rather stressful situation to be in when you consider that you will be spending hundreds of thousands of dollars or more. It is my unequivocal opinion that hiring oleksii and vanguard is the best single investment you can make throughout this process. Vanguard creates extremely detailed 3-dimensional representations of all of your spaces. I consider myself to be a person of pretty good taste, but having reviewed the images I realized I would have made many costly and disheartening mistakes if left to my own devices. As it goes now, I rely on Vanguard to create beautiful, functional, and unique designs and concepts for each area of the house. as I begin the construction phase, I know exactly what I will be getting and I couldn't be more excited. To add to all this Vanguard displays an exemplary level of professionalism, courtesy, and are just plain wonderful to deal with. I would recommend them to all my friends and family without the slightest hesitation.
