As you can imagine, this can be a rather stressful situation to be in when you consider that you will be spending hundreds of thousands of dollars or more. It is my unequivocal opinion that hiring oleksii and vanguard is the best single investment you can make throughout this process. Vanguard creates extremely detailed 3-dimensional representations of all of your spaces. I consider myself to be a person of pretty good taste, but having reviewed the images I realized I would have made many costly and disheartening mistakes if left to my own devices. As it goes now, I rely on Vanguard to create beautiful, functional, and unique designs and concepts for each area of the house. as I begin the construction phase, I know exactly what I will be getting and I couldn't be more excited. To add to all this Vanguard displays an exemplary level of professionalism, courtesy, and are just plain wonderful to deal with. He spent ten minutes making a hole in the walk and went to home depot to buy a part. The part cost $15, he literally made a whole in the wall, that took 10 minutes. They had given us an estimate, that we did approve for $800. We expected a professional job, which we did not get. When we called the office for an explanation of why we were charged $800. Parts were $15 and he took 5 minutes to make a hole in the wall. Do they charge $800 labor? for 5 minutes work. We asked for Anthony to call us and explain; he did not have the courtesy to call us back. We kept getting excuses from there receptionist that he was busy!! I would never use them again and certainly not recommend them!!!!!!!

When we listed our home for sale we had a home inspector report issues with our structure. He had…read moreone company follow up with an estimate between 60-100k in repairs. We contacted a different company who reported different issues that would be 60k to repair. We decided since neither of these crawl space experts were engineers that we needed an expert. We found Structural Support and had them do an inspection. Thoroughly done with attention, when complete we shared the estimates we had for these alleged problems. We only had minor issues and most of the estimated services were not needed at all. We have a local trusted contractor working on the matter and due diligence. Reading the reviews of the big name contractors led us to believe we had major problems. When they all identified a problem, each of the contractors suggested totally different things that were relevant, but not needed at all. We strongly recommend using Structural Support, and are thankful for not believing these so called basement experts.
