He came to give me an estimate, and he wanted to charge me $100, which seemed rather expensive considering the entire house was $200. When I said that was a bit pricey, he started getting aggressive and angry, even though this was an estimate to begin with. When I asked why he was being so aggressive, he said "I was wasting his time" and he had a minimum of $100, which he never said on the phone, so he wasted my time, as well.
