If you hire them, I'd recommend you be around while they clean to make sure they do a good job. Unfortunately I wasn't able to be there and I paid for it. Mirrors were left with toothpaste stains, cabinet knobs were sticky from previous owners still, showers still had hard water stains. When I sent pictures and asked for a partial refund or to come back, I was met with excuses and anger. By that time I did not feel comfortable to have them back in my home. Very disappointed. Don't let them trick you too. Distasteful comment by the owner below, however I am not surprised. I've posted pictures as proof of the poor job done by them. I will not allow someone who I paid a service for to blame me as the problem here. All of these pictures were sent to Jessica as well in October after the cleaning. I did not pay for a quick clean. I paid for a deep, move in clean for $800!! Does this look like I got what I paid for? I now use 5 Star Maids. Very affordable, pleasant and they get the job done RIGHT. The girls are very nice but they did not speak English you had to translate to an app. She actually pulled them out because I wouldn't get the deep cleaning after we settled on the 150 she tried to get $300 out of a small apartment that I live in. What a rip off I wonder if she pays taxes on her business I'll have to find out. No one screams at me and a businesswoman she's not no class at all.

I've had to send photos immediately after cleanings were finished asking why certain areas still look untouched and today was my last straw when my doorbell cover mysteriously broke during a cleaning and was swept into a corner of my house behind a door that the team swears must've happened while they were not here, even though that is impossible. I understand mistakes happen, but this feels like a blatant issue that was intentionally hidden. My point of contact was very rude when I asked about what happened, I also didn't love how it seemed to be different employees coming each cleaning rather than a standard set of employees. If you are looking for a one time deep clean, they may be worth it, but I definitely do not recommend for ongoing cleanings.

I started to interview new cleaners and the moment Sonia showed up for a quote i knew she was attentive, detailed and thorough!! As we walked through my home she actually picked up things and "tidied" up because it bothered her to see things out of place. She and her team are incredibly reliable, take their time and every single cushion is moved and cleaned under, every blind is dusted and every pillow placed perfectly when they leave. I'm so grateful for her!! I trust them to come when I'm not home. I trust that my home is clean and above all i trust they care about my home as much as i do. Lastly, my granddaughter was with us yesterday. She is 15 months old and was OBSESSED with Sonia!!! She wanted to follow her around the house and just kept smiling at her. THAT is the ultimate compliment when a child feels how special you are. Thank you Sonia and your team!

A drop of essential oil in it and my whole house smells fresh and amazing. I'm very particular about cleaning, and they do things that I even I miss. They also pull out furniture and clean behind it. I can't figure out how they got my stovetop so clean - I've scrubbed forever and still not been able to get it looking that great. I've noticed that they even clean things that are not included in their service. Tatyana is wonderful and makes sure that everything looks perfect before she leaves. I noticed in the 1 negative review, that she commented on them using non-organic products. They have used non-organic cleaners in my bathroom, but only after Tatyana asked me first. She wanted to be sure that my tile got clean and knew that the organic product might not clean it as well. They don't use it everytime, but like I said, she asked if it was okay. Organic products are important to me as I have a 19 month old son and I really appreciate that they use them. I will continue to use Monmouth Organic Cleaners. I'm a working mom and having them come gives me more time to be with my son without worrying about how my house is going to stay clean.
