Not only was he personable and took the time with me over the phone by asking all the relevant questions to properly guide me, but he was so knowledgeable and very thoughtful. This may sound impressive when it's sometimes difficult to find trustworthy and knowledgeable professionals, but this was even during a busy time (tax season). His guidance was incredible that I actually said to him "why didn't I think of that". My only regret is that I didn't know him sooner. PS. No company name, no reason for the call, nothing other than please call. Not knowing the reason for the call and thinking it could be personal or family, I returned the call, entered the extension and a male answered the phone. I explained that I was returning a call from Joan and without even asking who I was or why I was calling he goes into a 45 second sales pitch on the accounting firm. Notwithstanding the fact that my office is over an hour north in another state, I listened and then said "I appreciate your call but I think we're pretty well set with accounting needs right now but are always happy to consider all options". There was silence and I thought he was working on a response to my offering of an opening and then I heard the distinctive sounds of a hang up. No "thank you for your returned call", no "thank you for your time", no nothing except a rude hang up without even the courtesy of closing the call that they asked me to place to them. Really? This is how you manage business development and opportunity? Good luck with this! I noticed that prior to me, there were no reviews for this company on yelp and after seeing how they handled the call they asked me to make to them, I can see why.

She wasn't willing to make the trip to leave our key and would only do it when she was already in the area, she said. Christine has always been on time, attentive, and responsive to both in-person, and virtual sessions. I was with her before CoVID and the transition to virtual sessions during the pandemic was seamless. Despite what the other review said, I have found working with Christine to be incredibly invigorating and helpful. She pays close attention to details that are important to you - more than just about whatever issues you may be working on, but also about what matters to you. She has been a great asset for me in working through numerous problems that have come up through the years, and providing me relevant, practical advice on how to work to improve myself and my strengths. I also want to note how much Christine truly cares about those she works with, as she has, on numerous occasions, had impromptu sessions with me when I needed urgent therapeutic support.
