Love this gorgeous establishment. It's always fun for dinner or drinks and a delight just to spend time there. Great date spot or girls night out. Also a hair salon. The Hotel lobby is spectacular and immaculate. Haven't been a hotel guest but I recommend it to friends from out of town.

Lovely hotel ,very close to the Center park. Each room is super cozy feels like your are really home . The bathroom tiles are beautiful and elegant and expensive marble . What makes it also so special is that it heats up )))) feels so good every time you go to bathroom. So when you get out of shower, you are stepping on a warm tile, feels so good. Not to mention the towel warmers. Our kids enjoy settling near the window, lye and watch cartoons or read book or do art . The suite gives you the feeling of home and let's you taste the NewYork in NewYork style! Welcome to NY The Upper West side.

My husband sweetly surprised me with a trip to New York so we could spend time at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Frick Museum and this hotel's location can't be beat! It was a short eight minute walk to get back from the Met to here which made it easy to spend the whole day there and take a mid-day break. I also love that it is close to Central Park so easy to head for walks there and close to a subway station too. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.. The hotel is quite nice as well. We had a king sized bed which had a great mattress and slept well. The air conditioning kept the room well regulated as well. The bathroom was spacious with a marble tub and shower and I do half wish it was a little less spacious so the room could have been bigger! However, really appreciated the oversized bath towels and strong flow of water from the shower head. The location of course comes with a price. The staff was friendly and I appreciated the complementary Evian water at night and sweets at turn down service (on the first night it was a Laudree macaron). However for this price point had hoped having a hot water kettle and complementary tea/coffee would have been a given.

Hardy&Molly always take care of me when I check in and always make sure I have ANYTHING within their power that I want or need. Amanda at the front desk is the best. Rooms are spotless.

I can finally check off The Mark Hotel off the bucket list. This hotel is located on East 77th right between 5th and Madison avenue. The location can not be beat. You are right next to central park and many diplomatic buildings to name a few. If you feel like you are a nobody, let me tell you, you will think very highly of yourself while staying here. An honest disclosure. If you are going on vacation counting nickels and dimes this is not the place to be. For this is the upper east side and nothing comes cheap. This is one of the most expensive hotels in NYC. Upon entering the hotel, very warm welcome. Greeted as if I have stayed there many times before. Staff was very attentive with my check in as well as my valet parking. Smooth check-in to the room. The room was very clean. Definitely up to standards during covid-19 times. The room is very ascetically pleasing and true to the advertising on-line. It was a real joy to have an all marble black and white bathroom (walk in shower and separate tub). Was happy I only stayed two nights; I would have had to of been rolled out of the hotel if I stayed longer. All guests are entitled to Michelin star chef Jean-Georges in room dining. An experience to say the least. A real treat to have 5-star food delivered right up to your room. I would recommend this hotel; the location alone really sells the hotel and makes me want to return. How ever this is not a hotel everyone can afford at the drop of a hat. If you are looking to save up and get away for a day or two; or even if you are drowning in money this is an experience that anyone would surely appreciate.

Some highlights for me were the apples in the room (the big apple), the postcards they'd mail for you, a celebratory champagne/chocolate strawberries (we just got married this year), a picnic blanket they let us borrow for the park, a mirror tv bathroom, the heated floors, the location and the view. The concierge ways always there to help us with any questions or requests we had. We loved the picnic blanket they found us for the park. They also gave us a few food recommendations. We paid a little extra for a rollaway bed for our friend and still had plenty of room. I highly recommend staying here.

Friends thought we were a lil crazy for bringing two kids to Manhattan, but it ended up being such a special trip for us, and the Park Hyatt was a huge part of that. The hotel is beautiful, from the gorgeous floral arrangements throughout the property to the calm, elegant atmosphere. Our room was incredibly spacious, which felt like a true luxury in New York, especially with a stroller, luggage, SNOO and everything that comes with traveling with a newborn. Having that extra space made the entire trip feel easier. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. We took the boys swimming almost every night, and it became our little ritual. They loved it, and those evening swims are still some of my favorite memories from that trip. The location was perfect for a family stay. We walked to Central Park, FAO Schwarz, Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center, Columbus Circle, and so many nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Being able to explore for a few hours, come back to the hotel to rest, and then head back out again made New York feel surprisingly easy. Now, two years later, our boys are older and we're planning another New York trip. I've been looking at hotels, but I keep coming back to the Park Hyatt because of how special that first stay was for our family. It would be pretty amazing to bring the boys back, let them swim in that pool again, and experience the hotel at a different stage of their childhood. The Park Hyatt will always have a special place in our family's New York memories.

We spent 4 nights on a short vacation trip to NYC. The staff at checkin were very friendly and helpful. The bar and breakfast staff were very accommodating and also very friendly. We love breakfast here, starts the day off with great coffee drinks and as much protein as you can handle. The rooms, so far have been consistent. They are like compartment spaces, with what you need: a bed by the window, a cool shower enclosure, a couple cabinets for storage, and a sink with soaps and shampoos to start the day or end the day right. This location is very convenient to TS, subway stops, and all the shops your heart could hope for. CitizenM is our hotel of preference now.

I had booked the majority of my trip at another hotel, but I needed an extra night and used Marriott points for this stay. Overall, I thought it was a great place to stay. The location was very central, but it was not in the most crowded part of Times Square which I appreciated. It was a little hard to find at first because of nearby construction, but once I arrived, everything felt convenient and easy to access. The staff was relaxed, friendly, and helpful during check-in. I arrived around 1:00 PM, and my room was not ready yet, but once it was available, staff members were helping guests check in using the computers. The hotel has a very modern, tech-forward feel. The room included an iPad that controlled the lights, colors, and other settings, which gave the space a futuristic vibe. The room itself was very clean and felt pretty spacious for a New York hotel. The sheets and bathroom were clean, and I felt like I had everything I needed for a short stay. I also felt like it was a good value. I used about 58,000 Marriott Bonvoy points for the night, and New York hotels can easily run anywhere from about $200 to $500 per night depending on the date. Since I stayed on a weekday, that may have helped with the overall value. The next day, relocating to my other hotel was simple because the area was so central. As a Gold member, I also received late checkout, although I ended up leaving earlier than I needed to. The only thing that stood out was hearing another guest complain about the staff, which surprised me because my own experience had been very positive.

It feels fresh and updated, which was exactly what we wanted. Our room was surprisingly spacious for Manhattan, easy to get around in, and very comfortable. The enormous floor-to-ceiling windows were so awesome , the city views were incredible and really gave you that quintessential New York experience. The restaurant Jams on the first floor is also great, and nice to be able to have a delicious meal right at the hotel. Excellent food and coffee - we went for both breakfast and dinner here. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff helped make the stay feel special. The front desk and door staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. Our rooms were excellent, with a great view, comfortable beds, and a lot of thoughtful sustainability features. I especially liked that all of the water in the hotel is filtered. I did not use the fitness center on the second floor, but I looked great. The location is phenomenal, just steps from Central Park. With our kids, we were able to easily get to the Central Park Zoo, Heckscher Playground, and the Billy Johnson Playground, and my wife and I were also able to walk to a Broadway show in the evening. You enter on the first floor, but the lobby is on the sixth floor. I was having flashbacks to Tokyo... There are four elevators, and when I checked in, the place was packed. Some event must have been going on because getting an elevator was an adventure (a sad one). It didn't help that everyone had to take an elevator just to reach the lobby, then another to get to their room. Fortunately, I was only on the ninth floor...so I got my steps in. The room itself was mostly ok. One thing I really didn't like was the air conditioning. It wouldn't cool below 68 degrees. I despise hotels that throttle the A/C. I'd get warm, the air would finally kick on, I'd be comfortable for about ten minutes...then the cycle would repeat all night. Another thing that caught me off guard was the ceiling. Maybe they're going for an industrial look, but it was basically unfinished concrete. Other than those complaints, everything else in the room was perfectly acceptable, and for a one night stay, it did the job.

The Library Hotel is every bit as charming as people say, but what really makes it special is the team. Housekeeping was so gracious and helpful throughout my stay, the bartender at Bookmarks very kindly helped my friend carry our drinks down to the room, and checkout took less than 30 seconds. Every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. The themed rooms are such a fun touch (I loved seeing how each one was inspired by a different subject), but I also have to give a shout-out to the practical things. I took a few work video calls from my room on the 12th floor, and the Wi-Fi was ridiculously good - honestly stronger than the Wi-Fi in my own house when I'm sitting five feet from the modem.
