I had not had a facial for a few years and can tell Nadya takes the facial game up to a whole other level. I saw how much gunk came out of my skin when we did the suction machine thing. I also got some sage advice on beauty products and knowing which ones are a waste of money versus worth the money. Thank you Nadya!

I felt like I was in good hands from the beginning of my Brazilian wax until the end. She's incredibly caring, attentive, sanitary, professional, and talented. In the meantime, I'm very grateful that I found her and cannot recommend her enough.

I originally came to her because I had a ton of milia, enlarged pores, and wanted healthier skin overall. I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. I don't break out anymore, my pores are noticeably smaller, and every single time I leave an appointment my skin is glowing. It genuinely looks like I have no pores when I walk out. Her extraction technique is unlike anything I've ever experienced. She's incredibly gentle but so thorough, and somehow I've never been left with scarring or unnecessary irritation. You can tell she's invested so much into her education and has learned techniques from all over the world because her work is on a completely different level. Beyond her talent, she's just an incredible human being. Every appointment feels like catching up with someone who truly cares about you. She gives the best advice, celebrates your wins, encourages your goals, and somehow always knows exactly what you need to hear. As a mom herself, she's also given me so much advice that's helped me through motherhood and pregnancy. I've walked in stressed more times than I can count and always leave feeling lighter, more confident, and with glowing skin. She has become so much more than my aesthetician she's someone I genuinely look forward to seeing every month. If you're thinking about booking with her, do it. She is worth every single penny, and I truly can't imagine trusting anyone else with my skin.

Honestly, I feel like my skin is even better now than when I was younger, all because of the care and expertise she provides. Her approach is unparalleled. It begins very relaxing and delicious smelling masks while listening to lovely and serene music that Coo has playing throughout the entire time. Once all the pores are opened Coo begins the extraction process. I'll be honest, this treatment was far from relaxing. And at times pretty painful. But I endured it since I wanted her to get to removing anything she possibly could. And she did! Post extraction was also followed up with some more lovely smelling masks, suctions and a very relaxing oxygen mask. I am so sooo happy to have found Coo! No one measures up to Simin -- they're either not properly equipped, don't know what they're doing, or are outrageously priced. Simin offers quality and value. She's experienced and has been operating from the same location in Westwood for decades. She uses only high quality fabric strips and melted European honey wax (as well as pink wax for sensitive areas). She's very thorough, but you can also look yourself over and let her know if she missed any spots and she's always happy to go over them again; she even takes the time to tweeze hairs here and there that are too short to be waxed. As I noticed other Yelpers have already pointed out, she's very good with hygiene and maintaining her work space so her salon always feels clean. And what really seals the deal are how reasonable her prices are. Most of the times I've made the mistake of trying to get waxed elsewhere I've been (sometimes literally) sorely disappointed. On the few occasions I've had decent results, it was never good value like it is with Simin. I refer her to all my girl friends and know how loyal her clientele are because just like me they don't go to anyone else but her. So for years every time I am back in town I make sure to schedule an appointment with Simin, otherwise while I am away I try various methods of self grooming at home (even though Simin often scolds me for shaving as she can tell on my next visit when my hair is "razor cut"). It helps too that Simin is flexible with appointment times, and in the past she even accommodated me with evening appointments when needed. Lastly, Simin is very personable, taking the time to get to know you and always remembering where you left off the next time she sees you even if it's been months! She's funny, posh, & cultured. It always feels like visiting an old friend and I know she's going to take good care of me every time. **** Just a small extra piece of advice: be sure to read the street parking signs carefully because they do ticket like crazy in Westwood :P
