My coworker suggested me to go to Emily because nothing clears up my acne and I feel Ive tried everything before. The first visit I was skeptical because of all the products I needed to buy but two months later I saw a drastic difference in my skin! Results I've never seen before. I actually was starting to feel confident in my skin and I could tell during my Facial Emily was really getting in there and showing me the nasty thing she was taking out of my pores. I need to go back and see her again. read more

Emily is incredible. She has changed my skin for the better. I've tried so many different cosmetic treatments and products.. all of which did not make that much of an impact and left me spending thousands of dollars. Emily took the time to discuss the science behind each chemical and overtly encouraged me to not splurge on certain products or ingredients. This gal does not gatekeep nor feed her clients any B.S. Love that! She has turned my skincare routine into a regimen that is financially sustainable, low-maintenance, and efficient!!! This is why I drive out to Studio City from the west side to see her & buy products from her. Her studio is extremely clean, well organized, and relaxing. Not to mention.. she's hilarious. Thank you Emily! read more

Thank you Emily for taking such great care of my skin. It was my first time getting a TCA chemical peel. I'm impressed with the final result. It's been a bit more than a week, it stopped flaking and my skin is glowing, it's much smoother and less dry. Emily has a variety of different products for your home care. Since I had the peel I picked one of the SPF. read more

I got the $85 regular facial and absolutely LOVED it!!! Emily is so nice and fun, she quickly calmed any nerves I had since this was my first facial ever. I'm 20 years old and a student so she was really careful to mind my budget when recommending products which I soooo appreciate She analyzed my skincare routine and pointed out things that were expired that i didn't even know were old, and things that were actually working against my skin goals! She is so attentive and professional while still keeping the environment comfortable. Received a fully customized skin plan to help combat my scarring and skin concerns. I would give 10 stars if i could, and I'm already excited to go back! read more

Emily is an amazing esthetician who is passionate and knowledgeable about all things skin. During my facial, she not only took great care of my oily skin, but she explained to me which products I should use and why and ultimately improved the overall health of my skin. I love how she goes into depth about the ingredients as well as the scientific research behind each product she stocks at her shop. I feel like my face looks 10 years younger and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Emily for all your compassion, knowledge, and care to your clients! Emily is amazing! She really knows her stuff when it comes to skin. I've had a 4-year journey with my acne--I've spent $1000s on products and treatments, driving hours for expensive celebrity facialists, trying EVERYTHING--nothing was working. Finally, my skin is clear and has never felt healthier, and all I had to do was follow Emily's advice. She deeply understand the biology of skin and the chemistry/ingredient side of skincare products. Do yourself a favor and see Emily!!! You will not regret it :) read more

Do yourself a favor and book with Emily IMMEDIATELY. I had break outs for years and did one session with her. She spent time asking me about what products I use regularly and was so knowledgeable non judgemental and kind. She steered me away from a coconut oil based product causing my breakouts. And when I asked her for recommendations made sure to take my budget and preferences (no heavy perfumes) into consideration. The facial itself was heaven. She has a relaxing presence and touch. I left feeling so taken care of and relaxed with glowing skin. Incredible Esthetician, you will not regret booking her! read more

I had my second-ever facial with Emily, she is Amazing! I Can't recommend her enough. Before the facial, she asked me to bring all my skincare products so she could understand what I've been using. After the facial, she wrote down and recommended a routine to help with my acne. I will be going back regularly. read more

I have not had much trouble with my skin for most of my life, but started experiencing cystic acne for the first time when I started testosterone when I transitioned. I had no idea how to combat it, but with Emily's help at Pinnacle, I was able to find a routine that is tailored to my skin and specific triggers to my skin, while also feeling pampered and cared for in the process. I cannot recommend this space more, it is both a primary part of my health and wellness routine and my go-to escape from the chaos of my life for 90 minutes. read more

Got my very first facial here with Emily and it was fantastic. She has a lot of passion in what she does and it's clear in her work. The extractions were gentle while still getting out the gunk, and my skin looked and felt noticeably better after.
