We booked a room here with Marriott points and walked in to the front desk having issues so ended up having to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes before checking in. It was late and my young kids were exhausted. At 10:30pm, we finally got a key to our room, only to discover it was occupied. We dragged our bags back downstairs and waited in line again only to be told that yes he made a mistake and gave our room away and that on top of that, they didn't have another room to give us!! So it is now 11:15pm and we do not have a hotel. My kids are near tears and I asked the front desk what hotel they are walking us to. He said he would not take care of the new hotel and refused to help with that further. But guess what he DID offer us instead? He said would have a DIRTY room and preceded to say "it's not THAT dirty". When he saw my mouth hanging open, he volunteered to change the sheets for us. We of course declined and yes again, he told us he had no room for us. We ended up having to spend $150 and now this hotel's GM Lindsey is refusing to refund us that or even give us points to cover it. She instead offered us a 100 points for our trouble. That's a $1.00 worth and a slap to the face. This is not ok. Marriott, do better and fix this hotel.

They did arrange for us to stay at another hotel, after about 15-20 minutes of waiting around. Then we had to get back in the car and drive 15-20 more minutes and check in at another place (that didn't have multiple breakfast options we could walk to). Frustrating to have a reservation only to find out they couldn't fill it. I understand things happen, but at least a heads up prior to checking in would have been nice. Being moved last minute, to a lower quality place, late at night for something we planned months in advance.... Will definitely think twice before booking a Marriott again.

We took some pictures as we entered the speakeasy entryway with nice lighting. The main room was so spacious and wide. We had room for a stage/band and about 45 tables of various sizes for seating, trees, wreathes, silent auction items and more! There was veggie and cracker tray out for a snack before the buffet opened. The restrooms were absolutely beautiful as well, clean and stocked through the event. Breakfast was included and convenient before heading to orientation. The suite was clean, updated, and well maintained, with very comfortable beds. Overall, the spacious layout, full amenities, and included breakfast made this an excellent value. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Lexington.

It has lots of comfortable seating with a couch, lounge chair, padded office chair and two bar stools at a big kitchen peninsula. There is a free laundry with 5 sets of washers and dryers. No eating facilities like a dining room downstairs. I guess they want you to cook in your room. The only negative is the room cleaning schedule. I asked twice if the bathroom could be cleaned and resupplied and the trash emptied. I was told that this is an extended stay hotel and they only clean rooms once a week for extended guests. The third time I asked, Adriana was at the desk and said, "If I can't schedule it today, I will do it myself". When we came back from breakfast it was done. If you are on an extended business trip, or your house burned down, you could live here very comfortably. This hotel is a solid 4. I only give 5 to world class hotels.
