We're able to buy cigarettes once every two weeks, and we've been giving our business to Smoker Friendly for a few years. We spend a lot of money there on a regular basis and have had no complaints until today. Our designated shopper called today, July 3rd, to make sure they were open and told the clerk that she'd be there in ten minutes, and he said they'd still be open. She arrived in five minutes and the door was locked. She called them several times over the next twenty minutes and never got an answer. Finally, the clerk opened the door and said he'd been in the bathroom, and they were closed now. This caused a bunch of smokers here who were out of cigarettes to be disappointed and very upset. We told the clerk that we will not be back.

I would forgo competitor shops that were more convenient, and online shops with larger selections. What sets this shop apart, and what always had me coming back, was the wonderful staff, and their amazing customer service. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They remember their patrons, and value their regulars. On many occasions I would receive discounts or extra free items simply because I was a regular. Every time I stopped in I was always treated as a close friend. I have no complaints for the entirety of my patronage there and I will miss both the staff and the act of contributing to this wonderful small business. It would be hard to detail all the bad experiences I've had here, but today was the last straw. Got into a heated discussion with one of their workers at the drive-through, mainly because I was still upset that they had told me the prior evening that my wife's RX would be ready in an hour. Two hours later, after waiting half an hour in the drive-through line, I was told it'd be another 45 minutes. I went back today, and it hit the fan. I had a cigarette burning, and the same guy told me to put it out. I'm a little to blame, I guess, because I told him he couldn't tell me what to do in my car. I did put it out, though. At that point, his boss got involved. As bad as the first guy was, this one was worse. Bottom line, he told me he wasn't giving me the RX I was making my third trip to pick.
